Before You Start

1. Please log in to Yoom.

2. Click the "Try it" button below to copy the template from Yoom. 

Step 1: Connect BASE and LINE My Apps

*If you have already connected the apps, please proceed to Step 2.

1. Select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. From the list of new connections in My Apps, select BASE and LINE respectively, and connect the apps.
 *The image below shows the BASE connection screen. Please check the instructions, enter your email address and password, and select "Authenticate App".

 *For LINE connection, please refer to this article [How to Connect LINE My Apps]. If you do not select "Receive notifications from LINE Notify 1:1", please note that you need to add the "LINE Notify" account to the talk room in advance.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create a flow bot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try This Template" on the page you navigated to
3. Register for Yoom
※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Setting Up a Trigger to Activate When an Order Occurs in BASE

1. Open the copied template.
 ※ You can change it to any title from the red frame in the image below.

2. Click on the Flowbot's "App Trigger: When an Order Occurs".

3. Select the linked account and action.
 Change the title if necessary and click "Next".

4. Set up the API connection for the app trigger.
 Select the trigger activation interval.
 ※ The time you can specify varies by plan. Please refer to this article [List of Function Restrictions and Usage Limits for Each Plan] for details.

5. Click "Test".

6. If the test is successful, click "Save".

Step 3: Setting Up an Action to Notify LINE When an Order Occurs

1. Click on the Flowbot's "Integrate with App: Send Message to Talk Room".

2. Select the linked account and action.
 Change the title if necessary and click "Next".

3. Set up the API connection.
 Use the output obtained in Step 2 to input the message.

4. Click "Test".

5. If the test is successful, click "Save".

Switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
