Step 1: Link BASE and Rakuraku Sales to My Apps
First, as preparation, link Yoom with the app.
After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu.
After the screen transition, please press "+ New Connection".
Enter the name of the app you want to link in the search window, and follow the on-screen instructions to log in or sign in to complete the link. This time, we will register "BASE" and "Rakuraku Sales". Once registration is complete, icons will be displayed in the list of My Apps.
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flowbot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.
1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details" 2. Click "Try This Template" on the redirected page 3. Register for Yoom ※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.
Step 2: When an Order is Placed on BASE (App Trigger)
First, we will set up the app trigger. Click on "When an Order is Placed on BASE" enclosed in a red frame. Enter the account information to be linked and press "Next".
When the screen transitions, it will look like the following. You can select the trigger interval at 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes. ※ Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
In this example, it is set to operate at "5 minutes". Customize it to fit your environment!
Scroll down to see if the output is displayed. It can be used in the subsequent settings of Rakuraku Sales, but you can skip it here. Press "Save" to return to the initial screen.
Step 3: Register a Record in Rakuraku Sales

Rakuraku Sales is an app available only on the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you set will result in errors, so please be careful.
Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. You can use apps that are subject to restrictions during the free trial.
Next, proceed with the settings for "Register a Record in Rakuraku Sales". Enter the account information to be linked and press "Next".
There is a note at the bottom of the input field, so you can easily set it up by checking it as you proceed. ※ You can select the output by clicking on the input field.
We want to automatically transfer information from BASE, so we will use the output here. As an example, I have set outputs related to "Order ID" and "Name".
Customize the necessary information to fit your environment!
Once the input is complete, scroll down to check the detailed settings. ※ Here, you can set errors and intervals.
Press "Save" and the following popup will be displayed. Press "Turn on Trigger" and if the trigger at the top of the initial screen looks like the image, it's OK!
This completes all the settings for "Add to Rakuraku Sales when an Order is Placed on BASE".
