How to Create a Linkage Flow between Money Forward Deferred Payment and Rakuraku Sales

Step 1: My App Integration

Once registration for Yoom is complete, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Click the new connection button in the upper right and integrate Yoom with each app.

Integration of Money Forward Deferred Payment and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "Money Forward Deferred Payment" in the search box and click the Money Forward Deferred Payment icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Click the red frame in the image and obtain the API key according to the content.
Paste the obtained API key into the access token.
The account name can be anything you like. It is recommended to use something easy to understand, such as a company name or person in charge.

3. Press Add
After entering the required fields, click Add in the lower right.

If the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Integration of Rakuraku Sales and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "Rakuraku Sales" in the search box and click the Rakuraku Sales icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Generate the API token according to the image above.


Once generated, copy and paste it into the required fields.
After entering, click Add in the lower right.

If the above display appears, the integration is complete.

This completes the My App integration of Money Forward Deferred Payment and Rakuraku Sales.
Next, let's configure the Flowbot using the template you just copied.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try This Template" on the page you navigated to
3. Register for Yoom

Step 2: Set Up Triggers for Money Forward Deferred Payment

1. Open My Projects


Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the Copied Template
Click on "【Copy】Add to Raku-Raku Sales when invoice issuance is completed with Money Forward Deferred Payment".

3. Select App Trigger
Click on the "When Invoice Issuance is Completed" icon for Money Forward Deferred Payment.
The title and other settings are already completed, so press Next.

4. Set Up Webhook


Set up the Webhook according to the contents in the red frame.
By setting up the Webhook, invoices issued with Money Forward Deferred Payment will be added to Raku-Raku Sales in real-time.

5. Issue an Invoice
For testing purposes, issue an invoice with Money Forward Deferred Payment.

6. Execute the Test

Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, it is complete. Press Save.

Step 3: Retrieve Invoice Information

1. Connect with the App
Click on the "Retrieve Invoice Information" icon for Money Forward Deferred Payment.
The title and other settings are already completed, so press Next.

2. Switch to Sandbox Environment

Since it is set as shown in the image, switch to the Sandbox environment.


You can change it from the dropdown.

3. Execute the Test
Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, it is complete. Press Save.

Step 4: Retrieve Customer Information

1. Connect with the App
Click on the "Retrieve Customer Information" icon for Money Forward Deferred Payment.
The title and other settings are already completed, so press Next.

2. Switch to Sandbox Environment

Switch to Sandbox as before.

3. Execute the Test
Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, it is complete. Press Save.

Step 5: Set Up Raku-Raku Sales

1. Connect with the App
Click on the "Register Record" icon for Raku-Raku Sales.
The title and other settings are already completed, so press Next.

2. Set Up Domain, etc.

Enter the three items in the image.
There are notes for each, so please enter according to the content.

3. Set Up Registration Data

Set up the registration data.
Select the value to register and enter the corresponding header item ID. You can check the header item ID from the details screen of Raku-Raku Sales, etc.

Only the customer name is set for the value to be registered. Therefore, other data needs to be obtained.

Click on the red frame part.

An empty registration data will be added.

Click the box, and the action for Money Forward Deferred Payment you set earlier will be displayed.
This time, since we will be reflecting invoice information in Raku-Raku Sales, let's retrieve the invoice information.

Click on the data you want to add to Raku-Raku Sales.
In the image, the total invoice amount is selected.

Select other data you want to add to Raku-Raku Sales, such as the invoice ID.

4. Execute the Test
After completing the input, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, it is complete. Press Save.

5. Turn On the Trigger

Once the flow bot creation is complete, the above display will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of a flow bot using Money Forward Deferred Payment and Raku-Raku Sales.
