Benefits of Integrating Yoom and Box

Benefit 1: Streamlined File Management

Files uploaded to personal or work-related folders are automatically uploaded to customer-facing public folders, eliminating the need to manually copy files. This reduces the time spent on file management, allowing you to use the freed-up time for tasks such as data analysis and document creation. Additionally, it minimizes the risk of mistakenly copying files to the public folder or forgetting to copy them, which could result in missing the scheduled date for providing information to customers. This automation is particularly useful when there is a frequent need to share new information with customers.

Benefit 2: Smooth Information Sharing

Automatic uploads to public folders can expedite information sharing with customers. For example, if the latest project proposal created and saved internally is automatically uploaded to a specific customer's public folder, the customer can quickly access the latest information. This prevents delays in information transmission, reducing the need for questions and confirmations. It also facilitates smoother communication, enabling quicker responses to feedback, which can lead to service improvements, long-term relationship building, and increased customer satisfaction.

Conclusion

We introduced a method to automatically upload files from one folder in Box to another by integrating Yoom and Box. This automation reduces the hassle of copying files and the risk of errors, leading to more efficient file management and faster information sharing. Facilitate smooth communication with customers through seamless information sharing. With Yoom, you can easily set up integration and automation, so take this opportunity to give it a try!

Until now, I have experienced office work at specialized trading companies and in the EC industry. The work I was in charge of covered a wide range of tasks, such as sales office work, accounting, general affairs, human resources, and legal affairs. We worked to improve the efficiency of individual tasks, but I think the work could proceed more conveniently by using various support tools and Yoom... I would be happy if I could send out an introduction article on Yoom that makes use of my work experience and help everyone proceed smoothly with their work.
