Do you have any of the following concerns when working as a team?
It's challenging to keep track of tasks because there are too many projects.
It's difficult to give instructions or requests because you don't know the team members' schedules.
Progress reporting on projects is time-consuming, reducing the time available for actual work.
In this article, we will introduce a method to automatically register schedules in Garoon based on item information registered in Brushup. By integrating these two applications and automating this process, Brushup information will be reflected in Garoon, eliminating the need for manual calendar entries. To visualize team members' tasks and facilitate smooth operations, we recommend using the no-code tool Yoom for integration settings. If you are managing production items with Brushup and scheduling with Garoon, please give it a try.
Benefits of Integrating Brushup and Garoon
Improved Work Efficiency and Error Reduction
Through integration, you can automatically register schedule information in Garoon for items registered in Brushup. This eliminates the need for manual input, allowing for reduced work time. As a result, team members can focus on their core tasks, such as proofreading and providing feedback on production items. Moreover, automation reduces the risks of input errors, registration omissions, and duplicate entries. You can manage synchronized and accurate information on Garoon. Since team members work based on the same information, misunderstandings and information discrepancies are less likely to occur, facilitating smoother communication.
Schedule Visualization
With item information registered in Brushup automatically reflected in Garoon's schedule, you can grasp the entire team's schedule at a glance without individual reports from each person in charge. You can quickly check task deadlines, progress, and importance, enabling managers to appropriately determine priorities and allocate resources.

Until now, I have experienced office work at specialized trading companies and in the EC industry.
The work I was in charge of covered a wide range of tasks, such as sales office work, accounting, general affairs, human resources, and legal affairs.
We worked to improve the efficiency of individual tasks, but I think the work could proceed more conveniently by using various support tools and Yoom...
I would be happy if I could send out an introduction article on Yoom that makes use of my work experience and help everyone proceed smoothly with their work.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
