Do you feel the need to efficiently handle reviews and revisions in Brushup? The solution to this problem is the integration of Brushup and Zendesk. By using this integration, items registered in Brushup are automatically reflected in Zendesk, reducing the workload. Additionally, with Yoom, you can easily set it up without programming knowledge, enabling more efficient management operations.
Benefits of Integrating Brushup and Zendesk
Benefit 1: Reduction in Workload and Errors
Do you find it tedious to manually register new items in Zendesk every time a review is completed in Brushup? By integrating the apps, items registered in Brushup are automatically reflected in Zendesk, reducing the workload. For example, when a creative team uploads new designs or content, manual entry into Zendesk is no longer necessary, which can lead to a reduction in errors.
This may also allow you to allocate more time to important tasks. By leveraging this integration, task organization becomes easier through efficiency, and the overall performance of the team is expected to improve.
Benefit 2: Easy Recording and Tracking of Feedback
As projects progress, multiple reviews and feedback occur, but using different systems to check them later is cumbersome. By integrating Brushup and Zendesk, past feedback is centrally managed on Zendesk. This allows for smooth handling while checking previous comments, preventing repetitive tasks and missed feedback.

How to Create a Brushup and Zendesk Integration Flow
Let's actually use Yoom to integrate Brushup and Zendesk. The flow this time is "Add to Zendesk when a new item is registered in Brushup."
Integrate Brushup and Zendesk with My Apps in Yoom
Set App Trigger in Brushup
Set Up for Ticket Creation in Zendesk
Including the pre-preparation of My Apps integration, it is completed in 3 steps. No programming knowledge is required, so click "Try this template" from the banner below to prepare the settings.
Step 1: Connect Brushup and Zendesk with My Apps
Before setting up the template, let's connect My Apps on Yoom. After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" → "+ New Connection" from the left menu.
Search for the app names of Brushup and Zendesk, and proceed with the input according to the displayed content. For registering Zendesk in My Apps, you need to obtain an access token, so please refer to the following link.
Once the input is complete, make sure it is displayed in the My Apps list.
If Brushup is also displayed similarly, the My Apps connection setup is complete. Next, we will move on to specific settings. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.
1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details" 2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page 3. Register for Yoom ※ If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.
Step 2: Set up an app trigger in Brushup
The initial setting is "When a new item is registered or updated". On the first page, the account information of Brushup, which is already linked with My App, is reflected.
You can change the title to something easy to understand, but proceed with the trigger action as per the template. Once you have confirmed the account information, click "Next".
On the next page, set the trigger activation interval.
Check for new item registrations in Brushup at the specified interval. Please note that the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.
Once you have obtained the project ID from the URL, perform a "Test" to obtain the output.
The output from the above image will be used in the next Zendesk settings, so please confirm and click "Save".
Step 3: Set up ticket creation in Zendesk
In the next setting, select "Create Ticket". On the first page, the account information is reflected just like in Brushup.
If you want to change the title, do so here and click "Next".
On the next page, set the detailed information to be included in the Zendesk ticket.
Reflect the output obtained from the Brushup settings in the subject and details. In addition to the required fields, you can also set the priority, so set the necessary fields and click "Test".
If successful, you can obtain the output. Although it will not be used in this flow, please check it. Once you have done this, click "Save" to complete all settings.
Finally, turn on the trigger to activate the flow.
With this, when a new item is registered in Brushup, the information will be automatically added to Zendesk.

I have been an SEO writer for 5 years and have continued to write under the motto “easy to read” and “easy to convey.”
I want to bring the convenience of Yoom, which can be linked to apps without programming knowledge, to many people!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
