Step 1: Register ChatGPT and Microsoft Excel as My Apps

Please register ChatGPT and Microsoft Excel as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
By completing the My Apps registration in advance, you can proceed with automation settings smoothly.

Register ChatGPT as My App

1. First, let's register ChatGPT as My App.
Click "My Apps" → "+ Add" on the left side of the Yoom screen.

Search for ChatGPT from the list of apps or use the search function to find it.

2. Enter "Account Name" and "Access Token" on the following screen.

Register Microsoft Excel as My App

3. Next, register Microsoft Excel as My App.
Just like in (1), click Microsoft Excel from the "New Connection List" in Yoom and sign in.

※ There are personal and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business) for "Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)." If you do not have a business plan, authentication from Yoom may not work properly, so please be careful.

Once each is registered as My App in Yoom, the integration is complete!

Step 2: Copy the Template

1. To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

2. Read the following screen display and click "OK".

Step 3: Set Form Trigger Actions

1. Now, let's start setting up the flow! First, click "Form".

When the created form is submitted, the flow bot will be activated.

2. Set up the form as shown in the attached image.

3. You can add more questions from "Add".

5. Form display confirmation and detailed settings

Step 4: Set ChatGPT Actions

1. Next, click "Generate Text".

2. The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings and press "Next".

  • "Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "App" → ChatGPT
  • "Account information linked with ChatGPT" → Check for any discrepancies in the account
  • "Action" → Generate Text

3. Enter the required fields.
You can select the output obtained from the response form for the message content.

Select and enter the information you want to use for ChatGPT generation as needed.
Here, it is set as "Inquiry Content".

4. After entering, if the test is successful and the output is obtained, click "Save"!

Step 5: Add Settings to Microsoft Excel

1. Finally, the last setting item! Click the red frame below as before.

2. The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "App" → Microsoft Excel
  • "Account information linked with Microsoft Excel" → Check for any discrepancies in the account
  • "Action" → Add Record

3. Scroll and enter the following items.

Select either OneDrive or SharePoint for "File Save Location", and refer to the annotations for other items.

After entering, proceed to the next step!

4. Select the output obtained earlier for "Value of the Record to be Added".

5. After entering, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save"!
