This time, we'll use Yoom to proceed with the integration of ChatGPT and Outlook without any coding. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one using this registration form.

The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen, and then click on "+ Add".
Please search for ChatGPT from the search box at the top right.
*To execute ChatGPT actions, a paid API plan from OpenAI is required. The API is pay-as-you-go, and errors may occur if you are not in a state to pay when using it. For more details, click here.
Refer to "How to Register ChatGPT with My Apps" and enter your account name and access token, then click "Add" to complete the integration of ChatGPT with My Apps.
Select Outlook and log in using the same procedure.
*Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general corporate use (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general corporate plan, authentication may fail.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.
You will see "Template has been copied", so click "OK".
Please click "When an email is received".
The title is editable. Set the trigger action to "When an email is received", confirm the account name is correct, and click "Next".
The screen for API connection settings of the app trigger will be displayed, so enter the necessary information.
First, select the trigger interval.
Please note that the minimum trigger interval varies depending on the Yoom plan.
Next, select the email folder ID from the options.
Send an email to the linked account and test it.
If successful, save it. The output values obtained here can be used in the next step.
Click "Generate Text".
The action is "Generate Text". Click "Next".
The API connection settings screen will be displayed, so first enter the message content. Edit the content as needed, as shown below.
You can also use the output obtained in Step 3 to input.
Next, enter the following necessary information.

Next, enter the email content. You can also use the output obtained in Steps 3 and 4 to input.
When finished, click "Next".
Check for errors in the content and test it.
If successful, save it.
Finally, click "Turn on the trigger" to complete the automation setup.
Make sure the flowbot starts correctly.
