When using multiple communication tools, sometimes information sharing between teams does not go smoothly. In such cases, efficiently integrating communication tools can make it easier to communicate between teams. This article introduces how to translate messages posted on Chatwork and post the translated version on LINE. Since information is automatically shared between tools, it is expected that the entire project will proceed smoothly. Let's automate app integration and business workflows to reduce the hassle and errors of manual entry.
Benefits of Integrating Chatwork and LINE
Benefit 1: Improved Communication Efficiency for Multilingual Teams
When the person you want to communicate with uses a different language, you have to translate the information once before sharing it. By utilizing this flow, it is possible to automatically translate messages posted on Chatwork and send them to LINE, facilitating communication between members who speak different languages. This prevents misunderstandings and delays in information, ensuring smooth project progress.
Benefit 2: Real-Time Information Sharing
When working as a team, sometimes flexible responses are required. In such cases, how quickly information can be shared between teams will be a key factor in solving problems. By automatically translating messages on Chatwork and sending them to LINE, on-site staff can immediately receive the necessary information. This enables smooth decision-making and responses, which may also lead to improved customer satisfaction. Additionally, integrating multiple tools with the same role can prevent information from becoming confused.
From here, we will introduce the setup procedure using Yoom's template.

Examples of Other Automations Using Chatwork
There are many other examples of automation using Chatwork in Yoom, so here are a few to introduce.
1. Add content posted in a specific Chatwork room to Google Sheets
Manually transcribing Chatwork posts to Google Sheets can lead to delays in updating information, especially when busy with other tasks. Additionally, if there is a large volume of posts, it becomes inefficient as it takes more time. By using this flow, you can automatically transcribe Chatwork posts to Google Sheets, reducing the time spent on transcription tasks.
2. Notify Teams when a new message is posted on Chatwork
You can automatically send a notification to Teams when a new message is posted on Chatwork. By receiving notifications in Teams, you won't miss important messages from Chatwork. Additionally, the content of the notification and the destination channel can be customized.
3. When a message is posted on Chatwork, extract the question content and send OpenAI's response to Chatwork
This is a flow that allows you to automatically obtain answers to questions posted on Chatwork. It is expected to improve work efficiency, and since responses can be accumulated in a shared channel, information and knowledge can be smoothly shared among members.
Summary
In this article, we introduced a method to automatically translate messages posted on Chatwork and post the translated version to LINE.
By automating translation between two different tools, Chatwork and LINE, you can save effort and reduce workflow and time. Additionally, since all members can quickly grasp the content of messages, the entire project is expected to proceed smoothly. It will also be useful in situations that require flexible responses.
With Yoom, you can easily integrate these apps without difficult programming knowledge or special skills. This integration is especially recommended for environments where communication efficiency in multilingual teams and real-time information sharing are required. Take this opportunity to try implementing it.

Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
