How to integrate Chatwork with automatic translation to automatically translate messages posted on Chatwork and post them on Microsoft Teams

a.ohta

When interacting with overseas members or foreign companies, do you ever use a translation device? Even if you can understand foreign languages in fragments, many people might feel a bit uneasy without relying on translation tools.
However, translating every time you exchange messages can be a bit cumbersome, especially with communication tools like Chatwork or Microsoft Teams, where responses can come in quickly.
In such cases, you have to repeatedly go through the process of translating and responding.

Therefore, this time, we will challenge the automation of the flow of automatically translating messages posted on Chatwork and notifying the translated content to Microsoft Teams!
This might make communication in different languages smoother. Please give it a try!

Benefits of Automatically Translating Chatwork Messages and Notifying Microsoft Teams

Benefit 1: Shorten the Entire Process

Normally, you would translate messages received from overseas on Chatwork, copy & paste them into Microsoft Teams, and send them. By linking, you can automate such a flow.
Also, if you send a message in Japanese to Chatwork, it will be automatically translated into a foreign language and automatically sent to Microsoft Teams.
You can use it for translating received messages or translating messages to be sent.

Benefit 2: Eliminate Content Differences and Typos

When translating manually, each person uses a separate translation tool. In such cases, there might be differences in the translated content depending on the tool.
However, by introducing this integration, the translation tool used is fixed. This ensures consistency in the content, regardless of who translates it.

Additionally, since it is automatically sent after being automatically translated, there is a benefit of fewer errors like typos compared to manual input.

Other Automation Examples Using Translation Features

There are many other examples of automation using translation tools in Yoom, so let me introduce a few.

1.  Translate messages posted on Microsoft Teams and post the translated version on Chatwork
We also have a reverse version of the flow bot introduced this time. How about using it according to different scenarios?

2. Translate messages posted on Slack and post the translated version on Slack
It is also possible to post translated content from Slack to Slack. This allows you to keep the use of communication tools to one, reducing effort.

3. Translate messages posted on Microsoft Teams and post the translated version in a Discord thread
It also supports integration between Microsoft Teams and Discord, both of which allow for flexible customization.

Summary

If you have a reluctance or feel a bit of a hurdle in interacting with overseas teams, try implementing this automation.
By doing so, communication can become more casual and frequent, potentially allowing the project to proceed smoothly.
Automating processes that would otherwise need to be done manually can save effort and time. Take this opportunity to create a flow bot.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
