How to integrate Chatwork with Telegram to send messages received in Chatwork to Telegram

a.ohta

If your team or department uses different communication tools, you need to access two tools to send the same message.
It may be a small hassle, but if you frequently have to send the same message to two tools, don't you feel it's inefficient?
Therefore, this time, we introduce an app integration that reduces the back-and-forth between different communication tools and simplifies communication tasks!
The apps integrated this time are Chatwork and Telegram. This integration might be helpful for companies or teams that want to share information smoothly.

Recommended for

・Leaders who have opportunities to send messages to both Chatwork and Telegram
・Those who want to quickly deliver messages to both Chatwork and Telegram
・Those who need to check messages by going back and forth between Chatwork and Telegram

Benefits and Examples of Chatwork and Telegram Integration

Benefit 1: Send the same message to both tools

With this integration, when you send a message to a specific room in Chatwork, it is automatically sent to Telegram as well.
If you often have opportunities to send the same message to both Chatwork and Telegram, implementing this integration might allow you to complete communication tasks quickly.
For example, it is recommended when a leader overseeing a project sends the same message to teams using Chatwork and Telegram.

Benefit 2: Easier to ensure information transmission

When using multiple communication tools, there is a hassle of opening both tools to check information. By implementing this integration, if you can notify Telegram of messages sent to Chatwork, information will be centralized, making it easier to prevent missing important messages.
For example, if team leaders use Telegram and regular members use Chatwork, by sending important content that needs to be communicated to team leaders to Chatwork, leaders will be able to check that content on both Telegram and Chatwork.

Benefit 3: Save effort and become efficient

When sending messages to both Chatwork and Telegram, you will need to launch two tools. It is not a time-consuming process, but it can be said to be an action that makes work inefficient.
By implementing this automation, communication to both Chatwork and Telegram can be completed at once. Therefore, communication tasks that used to take effort can now be performed efficiently.
As a result, the workload is reduced, making it effective when you want to improve work efficiency.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
