How to integrate CloudSign with Telegram to automatically notify when a contract is completed in CloudSign

Step 1: Register CloudSign and Telegram in My Apps

First, please register CloudSign and Telegram in Yoom's My Apps.

1. How to register CloudSign

Click "My Apps" on the left column and search for CloudSign from "New Connection".

The above screen will be displayed, so enter the account name and client ID, and click "Add".

2. How to register Telegram
Next, search for Telegram from "New Connection".

Please enter the account name as desired.
The access token will be issued when you create a new bot in Telegram.

Once the input is complete, click "Add".

This completes the registration of CloudSign and Telegram in My Apps.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create a flow bot.
Please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"

Step 2: Setting the trigger to activate when the document signing is completed in CloudSign

Let's set the app trigger "When the document signing is completed".

This page is already set up.
Confirm that the trigger action is "When the document signing is completed" and proceed to the next page.

Please set the trigger activation interval as desired.
※ Note) The trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.

Once the setup is complete, register a sample document with CloudSign.
When you run the test, the information of the document you just registered will be displayed in the output, so once you confirm it, click "Save".

Step 3: Send a message to Telegram

Next, let's set up "Send a message".

This page is already set up.
Confirm that the trigger action is "Send a message" and proceed to the next page.

Please set the chat ID with reference to the annotation outside the frame.

You can freely set the message content.
For example, if you set it as above, when the document signing is completed in CloudSign, you can automatically obtain the "Document ID" and "Document Title" and send them to Telegram.
※ How to set) Click inside the frame, select "Document ID" and "Document Title" under "When the document signing is completed", and {{Document ID}}, {{Document Title}} will be automatically entered in the value field.

Once the setup is complete, please run the test.
A sample message will be sent to Telegram, so once you confirm it, click "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger

Once all settings are complete, the above screen will be displayed.
Turn on the trigger and activate the flowbot.
