How to Create a CloudSign and LINE Integration Flow

Step 1: Integrate CloudSign and LINE with My Apps

Once you complete the registration with Yoom, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
If the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter the name of the app to be integrated in the box.

Integration of CloudSign and Yoom

1. Search
‍Enter CloudSign in the displayed box and select the CloudSign icon.

2. Log in

The above screen will be displayed. Enter your account name and client ID.

3. Add
‍Once you have entered the required fields, click the add button at the bottom right.

Integration of LINE and Yoom

1. Create a Talk Room
If you want to notify a group LINE, please create the room in advance.

2. Search
‍Click the LINE icon.
* There are three types: LINE Official Account, LINE, and LINE WORKS, so please be careful. The one used for this integration is "LINE".

3. Log in

You will move to the above screen. Register using any method within the red frame.
QR code is recommended as it completes the login quickly.

4. Decide on a Talk Room

As you proceed, you will move to the above screen.
The red circle part is the talk room icon, and the red frame part is the selected talk room.
Since the talk rooms registered in LINE are displayed in a list, select the room where you want to receive notifications of contract conclusion with CloudSign and press "Agree and Integrate".‍

5. Integration Complete

The screen will switch, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Step 2: Setting up to retrieve data from CloudSign

1. Open My Projects

Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
‍Click on "Notify LINE when a contract is completed with CloudSign".‍

3. Select an app trigger
‍Click on the CloudSign icon "When document signing is completed".
Since the title and other settings are complete, click Next.‍

4. Set the trigger activation interval

Set the activation interval.
You can select the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

5. Execute the test

After completing the activation interval settings, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the CloudSign settings are complete.

Step 3: Setting up notifications to LINE

1. Integrate with the app
‍Click on the LINE icon "Send a message to the talk room".
Since the title and other settings are complete, click Next.‍

2. Set the message content

Decide on the message to be notified to LINE.
You can insert data obtained from CloudSign into the message, so set it up. Click the box.

Select "When document signing is completed" from the CloudSign icon.

The data obtained from CloudSign will be displayed in a list. Click on the content you want to notify to LINE and insert it.

Once inserted, it will be displayed as shown in the image.‍

3. Adjust the layout

Once you have finished inserting the necessary data, adjust the layout.

Using line breaks and symbols can improve the readability of the message.

4. Execute the test
‍Once the data insertion is complete, press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete. Please press Save.‍

5. Turn on the trigger

Once the creation of the flow bot is complete, it will be displayed as shown above. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
