First, let's register Collabflow with My Apps.

Select "My Apps" → "New Connection" displayed on the left side of the Yoom workspace, then click Collabflow.


Enter any name for the account name.
Please enter the User ID and API key.

This completes the My Apps registration for Collabflow.

Next, we will register Office Station with My Apps.
Select "My Apps" → "New Connection" displayed on the left side of the Yoom workspace, then click Collabflow.

Enter Office Station in the search box and click the displayed suggestion.


Enter any text for the account name.
For other fields, proceed with input while checking with Office Station.
・Office Station is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the Flowbot you have set will result in errors, so please be careful.

・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

Step 3: Set the trigger for the Collaboflow that initiates the flow, followed by the operation settings for the Office Station

Click the area within the red frame in the image below to set up the Collaboflow.

Verify that there are no mistakes in the Collaboflow account you are integrating with, and click "Next".

Webhook settings are required in Collaboflow.
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to proceed with the setup.

Once the setup is complete, run a test, and after confirming the test is successful, click "Save".

The Flowbot screen will be displayed again.
Click the area within the red frame to proceed with the setup.
In the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, click "Next".


The API connection settings screen will be displayed.
Instructions for input are provided below each item, so enter the information accordingly.
After completing the input, run a test, and once the test is confirmed successful, click "Save".

Finally, set up the Office Station.
Click the area within the red frame.
In the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, verify that there are no mistakes with the Office Station account you are integrating with, and click "Next".

The API connection settings screen will be displayed.
Proceed with the input using the integrated account information.

Once the input is complete, run a test, and after confirming the test is successful, click "Save".

Step 4: Turn ON the Trigger and Confirm the Linked Operation

Finally, the following screen will be displayed, so turn ON the trigger.
The Flowbot will start automatically.
