How to Create a DocuSign and RakuRaku Sales Integration Flow

Step 1: Integrate DocuSign and RakuRaku Sales with My Apps

Once Yoom registration is complete, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Click the new connection button on the top right and integrate Yoom with each app.

Integration of DocuSign and Yoom

1. Search
Search for DocuSign and click on the DocuSign icon.

2. Grant Access


You will be asked to grant access as shown in the image.
Check and click "Grant Access".

3. Integration Complete

The screen will change, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Integration of RakuRaku Sales and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "RakuRaku Sales" in the displayed box and click on the RakuRaku Sales icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Follow the instructions to generate an API token.


Once the API token is generated, copy and paste it into the required fields.

3. Add
Click Add on the bottom right.

Step 2: Setting up to add DocuSign information in real-time

1. Open My Projects


Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click on "【Copy】Update RakuRaku Sales information when a contract is completed with DocuSign".

3. Select the app trigger
Select "When an envelope is completed" from the DocuSign icon.
Press Next.

4. Set up the webhook

Set it up on the DocuSign page based on the displayed information.

5. Complete the envelope
Once the webhook setup is complete, complete the envelope to use DocuSign's contract data for testing.

6. Run the test

After completing the envelope, return to the Yoom screen and press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.

Step 3: Setting up to retrieve DocuSign contract data

1. Integrate with the app
Select "Retrieve specific envelope information" from the DocuSign icon.
Press Next.

2. Enter the ID

Enter the ID.
Since the envelope ID setup is complete, only enter the account ID.

3. Run the test
Once the setup is complete, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.

Step 4: Setting up to add to RakuRaku Sales

1. Integrate with the app
Click "Update Record" on the RakuRaku Sales icon.
Since the title and other settings are complete, press Next.

2. Set up the domain and other settings

Enter the three items in the image.
Each has a note, so enter according to the content.

3. Set up registration data

Set up the registration data.
Enter the value to be registered and the corresponding header item ID. You can check the header item ID from the details screen, etc.

In the initial setup, only the sending date and time is set. Therefore, you need to retrieve other data.

Click the red-framed part.

An empty registration data will be added.

Click the box, and the DocuSign action you set earlier will be displayed.
This time, to reflect the concluded contract data in RakuRaku Sales, enter the envelope information.

Click on the data you want to add to RakuRaku Sales.
In the image, the envelope ID was selected. By entering the envelope ID, it becomes easier to understand which envelope was used for the contract in DocuSign.

If there are other data you want to add to RakuRaku Sales, create and add registration data.

4. Run the test
Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, it is complete. Press Save.

8. Turn on the trigger

Once the flow bot creation is complete, the above display will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of a flow bot using DocuSign and RakuRaku Sales.
