Let's get started by creating a flow bot using Yoom.

Step 1: Connect Channel Talk and Asana to My Apps

(1) First, connect Channel Talk to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left sidebar and search for Channel Talk from "New Connection".

(2) Click on the Channel Talk app icon that appears.
You will be taken to the connection screen, where you should enter "Account Name (optional)", "Access Token", and "Access Key".

Enter the "Access Token" and "Access Key" information obtained from "Channel Settings > Developer > API Key" in Channel Talk.
After entering the information, click [Add] to complete the connection to Channel Talk.

(3) Next, let's connect Asana.
Search for the Asana app icon and click it, following the same steps as before.
Enter the email address registered with your account and click [Continue].

You will then be taken to the password entry screen, where you should enter your information and log in.
This completes the connection to Asana.

Step 2: Set Up App Triggers

Now that both apps are connected to your Yoom account, use the template below to set up a Flowbot.

(1) Open the above template and click on the "Try this template" icon. Since the template will be copied, click the "OK" button.

(2) Once the copy is complete and you click [OK], you will be taken to a screen like the one above, so let's proceed with setting up the flow bot.
First, click on the trigger "When a new customer chat is created".

(3) Enter the account information for Channel Talk that you want to integrate and click [Next].
Keep the trigger action as "When a new customer chat is created".

(4) After entering the "webhook name" and "access key", click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Next].

(5) Send the Webhook event (create a new customer chat) and click [Test]. If you successfully retrieve the information from Channel Talk, click [Save].

Step 3: Integration with Asana

(1) Once the app trigger is set, let's proceed to set up the integration with Asana.
Click on the second action "Add Task".

(2) Verify the Asana account information you want to integrate and click [Next].
Keep the trigger action as "Add Task".

(3) On the next screen, enter the desired information for "Task Name", "Project ID", and "Section ID".
As an example, when you click on "Task Name", supplementary information will be displayed as shown in the screen below.
By clicking on 'When a new customer chat is deployed', you can check the content of the obtained output.

In the "Task Description" section, you can also select and enter the content from Channel Talk from the output.
Please add the content that was in the channel settings.
As a specific example, the following is an explanation that reflects 'Member ID, Customer Chat ID, Sending Date, Customer Name, Message Content' as the description.

(4) Scroll through the screen and enter information in other fields as needed.
Once you have finished entering, click [Test] and [Save].
After that, a display will appear indicating that all settings are complete, so click "Turn on Trigger".

This completes the setup of the flow bot.
