1. Open the copied template.

2. Click on "Form Trigger Invoice Information Registration Form" from the Flowbot.

3. Create the form.
Modify the question items to match the information needed for invoice management, such as verifying invoice contents.
* The default items are: Company Name, Payment Amount, Invoice File, Expense Date, and Payment Due Date.

4. Once the form content is ready, click "Next".

5. Confirm the form display and perform detailed settings.
After checking the display content of the response page and completion page, and setting sample values for each item when referencing the output, click "Save".

Step 3: Set an action to verify the content of files stored in Dropbox

* This setting is for the person in charge to verify if there are any issues with the uploaded files.

1. Click on "Request Approval Verify Invoice Content" from the Flowbot.

2. Enter and select each item on the approval detail settings screen.

3. Set up the API connection.
Enter the Bot ID and Talk Room ID by referring to the notes and annotations below the input fields.
Message: Use the output information obtained so far for input.

4. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".

Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
