Benefits of Integrating kintone and Garoon and Examples of Automation

Benefit 1: Speeding Up Information Sharing

By integrating kintone and Garoon, you can check the latest schedules.
This allows the entire team to share information in real-time, enabling quick decision-making.
For example, customer information updated in kintone is automatically reflected in Garoon, ensuring all team members can share the latest information with peace of mind.

Benefit 2: Improving Task Management Efficiency

kintone is a tool that allows flexible database management, while Garoon is a tool for managing schedules within an organization and efficiently coordinating tasks.
For instance, by managing project tasks in kintone and understanding who is working on which task in Garoon, it becomes easier to grasp the overall task status and progress of the team.

Benefit 3: Enhancing Data Consistency and Accuracy

Since schedules added to kintone are automatically reflected in Garoon, there is no worry about information being scattered.
At the same time, eliminating human errors when manually transferring data improves data quality.
For example, accurately reflecting customer information updated in kintone in Garoon can help avoid incorrect schedule adjustments.
This enhances the reliability of the team.
