2) Select the app you want to register and log in with the account you use for each app.
Once the first app is registered, click "New Connection" again to register the second app.

3) Once registered, icons will appear in My Apps.
Check if the icons for the two registered apps are displayed.

* Rakuraku Sales is an app available only in some paid plans.

The creation flow is as follows.

・Copy the template
・Create a trigger in freee Sign for "when the document status changes."
・Next, set up branching.
・Then, set up an action in Rakuraku Sales to "update the record."
・Finally, turn on the trigger to activate it

Step 2: Select and Copy the Template

1) Open the template above and click the "Try this template" icon.

2) The following display will appear.

1) Select the action "When Document Status Changes" and click "Next".


2) Send a webhook event and click test. After a successful test, click "Save".

1) Return to the flow and click the "Branch Command Operation" icon.

Select the operation "When Document Status Changes" and choose "Document Status" for the output.
Set the branching condition to "Document Status", "Equals", "Complete", and click "Save".


Step 6: Set the Raku-Raku Sales Action

1) Return to the flow and click the "Integrate with App: Update Record" icon.

2) Select the action "Update Record" and click "Next".

3) Enter the required fields.
If the app is integrated, you can use the freee Sign output information for input.
Select from the options as needed and click "Save" once input is complete.
* This setup assumes that the freee Sign document ID and the key item information in Raku-Raku Sales are identical.

Step 7: Test and Verify

 Once all settings are complete, the following display will appear, so click "Turn on Trigger".
