Benefits and Examples of Integrating Google Forms, Dify, and Slack
Benefit 1. Streamlining Operations and Reducing Workload
Manually processing inquiries via Google Forms is time-consuming and burdensome for staff. By implementing automation using Dify and Slack, a system is established where, upon receiving an inquiry via Google Forms, Dify automatically creates the response content, which is then automatically notified to Slack. This eliminates the need to manually check forms or transcribe information, allowing for smoother customer support. Companies receiving a large number of inquiries may particularly experience the benefits of increased operational efficiency through automation.
Benefit 2. Improved Response Speed through Quick Notifications
Quick and accurate response to inquiries is considered key to enhancing customer satisfaction, and leveraging app integration may enable more effective customer support. Specifically, when an inquiry is submitted, it is quickly notified to Slack, allowing the person in charge to smoothly confirm and respond. Additionally, Dify's response content can be modified by human hands for more accurate answers. This is expected to improve the speed and accuracy of responses to inquiries. In highly competitive industries, this speed can be a differentiating factor and a significant element in gaining customer trust.
Benefit 3. Prevention of Human Error
When handling inquiries manually, there is always the possibility of input errors or communication mistakes. Especially during busy periods with a high volume of inquiries, the risk of human error is expected to increase. However, by automating with Google Forms, Dify, and Slack, the effort of transcribing question content, notifications, and creating response content from scratch can be eliminated. This is expected to reduce the risk of incorrect information input or communication omissions. Additionally, even for complex inquiries, analyzing the content through Dify can reduce the risk of misinterpretation by the person in charge. As a result, it supports error-free responses.
Now, let's explain how to use the no-code tool Yoom to integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Slack to create response content for inquiries submitted via Google Forms in Dify and notify it to Slack.

How to Integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Slack to Create Response Content for Inquiries Submitted via Google Forms in Dify and Notify it to Slack
It is possible to achieve this by receiving responses to Google Forms using the Google Forms API and creating response content for inquiries in Dify using the API provided by Dify. Additionally, by using the API provided by Slack, you can notify Slack of the inquiry content and response content. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but by using the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without programming knowledge. This will be created in the following major processes.
Integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Slack with My Apps
Copy the template
Set triggers in Google Forms and set actions in Dify and Slack
Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation
If you are registered with Yoom, please log in, and if you are not registered, please proceed with the settings after registering for free.
Step 1. Integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Slack with My Apps
First, integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Microsoft Teams with My Apps. After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the settings from "+New Connection".
Search for Google Forms and click on it.
Then sign in via "Sign in with Google".
After signing in, you will see "Yoom is requesting access to your Google Account", so press "Continue".
Next, search for Dify and click on it.
*For instructions on how to integrate Dify with My Apps, please refer to here.
Set an arbitrary name for the "Account Name". Enter the API key issued by Dify for the "Access Token". After entering, click "Add" to complete the integration with My Apps.
Next, search for Slack and click on it.
On the next screen, enter the Slack workspace URL and click "Continue".
Then sign in to Slack.
On the next screen, specify the channel to post to and click "Allow". This completes the integration with My Apps.
Next, proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template. Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.
When "Template has been copied!" is displayed, click "OK" to complete the copy.
Step 2. Set up Google Form Trigger
Next, set up the trigger for the Google Form. Click "When a response is submitted to the form".
Next, check the "Account information to integrate with Google Form". You can freely edit the title, but keep the trigger action as is, and click "Next".
Select the "Trigger interval" from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan. Refer to the annotation to obtain and input the "Form ID" from the relevant form URL. For information on how to obtain the response content when using Google Form as a trigger, please refer to here.
Once everything is entered, send a test response using the specified form and click "Test".
Verify that the response information is displayed in the output and click "Save".
Step 3. Set up Dify Action
Next, set up the Dify action. Click "Send a chat message".
As before, perform optional title editing and account information verification, do not change the action, and click "Next".
Set the message content to be sent to Dify. Dify generates response content based on the sent message, so input a message including "Inquiry content" into "query". "Inquiry content" can be selected from the options displayed when you click the field. Enter a half-width alphanumeric value (optional identifier) for "user" as per the annotation.
Once everything is set, click "Test" to verify the output content, then click "Save".
Step 4. Set up Slack Action
Next, set up the LINE WORKS action. Click "Send a message to the channel".
As before, perform optional title editing and account information verification, and click "Next".
Next, set up the Slack connection and message content. Obtain and input the "Channel ID to post to" from Slack. The "Message" can be optionally edited, and when you click the field, you can quote information obtained from Google Form or Dify. In this case, I created a message including "Inquiry content" and "Response content" as shown in the image. Once each item is set, click "Test". After confirming that the message has been sent to Slack, click "Save".
Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the flow operation preparation. Now, when there is an inquiry via Google Form, the response content will be automatically created in Dify and notified in Slack.

Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
