Step 1: Connect Google Meet and direct to My Apps

Register My Apps to connect Google Meet and direct to Yoom.
By completing the My Apps registration first, you can smoothly proceed with the automation settings.

1. Click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "New Connection".
Enter "Google Meet" in the search box at the top right and select Google Meet from the search results.

2. On the displayed screen, click "Sign in with Google".
Select your account on the account selection screen and click "Continue" on the next screen.

3. Next, register direct to My Apps.
Similar to the Google Meet registration, click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "New Connection".
Enter "direct" in the search box and select direct from the search results.
On the next screen, enter the required fields and click "Add".

If Google Meet and direct are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Open the template page below and click 'Try this template'.

The template will be automatically copied to your workspace. Next, click "OK" on the displayed screen.

Step 3: Set the Google Meet trigger that initiates the flow and the subsequent direct operation settings

1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the app trigger "When the meeting ends" on the displayed screen.
※ This screen appears when you click "[Copy] Notify direct when a meeting ends in Google Meet" in the Flowbot under "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom page screen.

2. Enter the required fields on the displayed screen and click "Next".

3. Configure the details on the displayed screen.
Select the "Trigger Interval".
※ The trigger interval can be selected from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

4. After making your selection, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".
※ The displayed output can be used in the next settings as indicated by "This value can be used in other operations."

5. Click "Get Recording Information" to integrate with the app.
Enter the required fields on the displayed screen and click "Next".

6. Set up the API connection.
Select the "Meeting ID" from the output displayed when you click the input field.
After entering, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".

7. Click "Notify direct" to integrate with the app.
Enter the required fields on the displayed screen and click "Next".

8. Set up the API connection.
Enter the "Talk ID" according to the instructions below the input field.
The "Message Content" can be selected from the output displayed when you click the input field.

After entering, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger button and verify the operation of the Google Meet and direct integration flow

Click the "Turn on Trigger" button in the red frame on the screen below to automatically start the Flowbot.
