  • Turn on the trigger button and verify the operation of the integration flow between Google Sheets and B-Cart.

Step 1: Connect My App

Connecting My App first will make the subsequent settings proceed smoothly.
First, let's connect your current Google Spreadsheet with Yoom.
Select My App → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.

Search for Google Spreadsheet and log in.
If there are no issues on the displayed screen, click Continue.

Next, let's connect B-Cart with Yoom.
Search for B-Cart and log in when the following screen appears.

It's OK if Google Spreadsheet and B-Cart are connected to My App.

Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions

Open the template page and click 'Try this template'.

For those using Yoom, please log in, and for first-time users, please register as a member.
If you proceed as is, the template will be automatically copied to your workspace.

Select "When a row is updated".
You can change the title as you like.
After confirming the account information to be linked, proceed to the next step.
Please enter the required fields.

  • Trigger Interval: You can choose from intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.

Set the table range to include everything, including the header.

  • Column with Unique Values
    ※ Be sure to select a column where values do not duplicate!

Here, enter the phone number and update judgment sections of the Google Spreadsheet.

Return to Flowbot and test.
If the member information is reflected in the output, save it.

Next, click "Update Member Information".
Please also confirm the account information to be linked here.
