Step 1: Set Up My App Integration

Here, you will configure the settings to register the app information to be integrated with Yoom. After logging into the Yoom workspace, click "+ Add" on the My Apps screen.

A list of apps available on Yoom will be displayed. Search for the app you want to integrate using the search box and proceed with registering it to My Apps.

Google Sheets

Click on the app name from the search results. When the following screen appears, proceed with the integration by clicking the button to sign in with your Google account.

A screen to log in to your Google account will be displayed. Enter your email address and password.

Once logged in, proceed with granting permissions.

 

Once permissions are granted, the registration of Google Sheets to My Apps is complete.

Meta Ads (Facebook)

Select the app name from the search results. The following Facebook login screen will be displayed.

Enter your login information and log in to complete the My App integration.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Once the My App integration is complete, proceed to set up the Flow Bot template. Please proceed to copy the template from the banner below.

When the popup below appears, click "OK" to start the setup!

The copied template will be added to My Projects. You can access My Projects from the left menu bar.

Step 3: App Trigger "When a Row is Added"

Click the first step of the template and set the trigger (starting point) for the Flowbot. In this step, you will set the flow start interval and the target spreadsheet information.

(1/2) Select Linked Account and Action

In this screen, the following items are pre-set:

  • Title
  • App
  • Account information linked with Google Spreadsheet
  • Trigger Action

Click "Next" to proceed.

(2/2) API Connection Settings for App Trigger

  • Trigger Start Interval
    • You can select from the options by opening the dropdown.

  • Spreadsheet ID
    • Click the edit field to display a dropdown with spreadsheet options. When you select the sheet to link, the ID will be quoted in the edit field.

After entering, scroll down.

  • Sheet ID
    • Similarly, click the edit field to display a dropdown menu, showing tab names from the sheet entered above. Selecting the relevant tab will quote the ID.

Next, specify the columns of the table. Below is a sample sheet. The first row lists the items. The item names match those obtainable from Facebook Ads.

Return to the Yoom settings screen.

  • Table Range (Start)
    • Specify the starting column of the table. (In the sample, A)
  • Table Range (End)
    • Specify the ending column of the table. (In the sample, R)
  • Column with Unique Values
    • Specify the column where the unique key is applicable. (In the sample, A: assuming non-duplicate values like dates)

After entering, click the test button at the bottom. If successful, you can retrieve the Google Spreadsheet items.
In Yoom, these items and values are defined as outputs.

These values will be referenced in later steps.

Click "Save" to proceed to the next step.

Step 5: "Create Account Report" Linked with App

Click the second step of the template. In this step, you will set the period for obtaining the Meta Ads (Facebook) report.

(1/2) Select Linked Account and Action

In this screen, the following items are pre-set:

  • Title
  • App
  • Account information linked with Meta Ads (Facebook)
  • Action

Click "Next" to proceed.

(2/2) API Connection Settings

  • Account ID
    • In the preset, a reference code is embedded to obtain the account ID from the spreadsheet. This reference code can be selected from the dropdown menu displayed when you click the edit field.

By the way, the account ID for Meta Ads (Facebook) can be obtained from the Ads Manager.

  • Start of Period
  • End of Period
    • Both can be set using dynamic reference codes from the dropdown menu displayed when you click the edit field.
    • This time, we set the report for the previous day. Enter the reference code for "Yesterday" in both fields.

After entering, click the test button. If successful, you can obtain the Meta Ads (Facebook) report.

If the test fails, please check if rows can be added to the spreadsheet.

Click Save.

Step 6: "Get Account Report" Linked with App

(1/2) Select Linked Account and Action

Next,click on the "Get Account Report".

Enter your account information and click "Next".

(2/2) API Connection Settings

  • Report ID
    • The preset has an embedded reference code to retrieve the report ID from the previous step, which can be selected from the drop-down menu that appears when you click in the edit field.

After entering the information, click the Test button. If successful, you will be able to get Meta Ads (Facebook) information.

Click Save.

Step 7: "Update record" Linked with App

Next, click "Update record".

  • Title
  • Database App
  • Account information linked with Google Sheets
  • Action
  • Spreadsheet ID
  • Worksheet Tab Name
  • Table Range

Click "Next" to proceed.

(2/2) API Connection Settings

  • ①Conditions for the record to update

The value of the record that matches the condition will be updated with the value specified in ②. Please set the condition.
This time, we will quote the output obtained in step 1.

  • ②Values for the updated record

Update the values of records matching the conditions in ① with the values specified below. To update with an empty value, enter '___blank___'.

Once you have entered the updated values, click Test.

Click Save.

Step 8 (Final): Turn ON the App Trigger

Once all steps are set, a completion screen will be displayed.

Turn ON the trigger to activate the Flowbot.
