This time, we will follow the steps below.
Let's set it up together!
- Integrate Google Sheets and RoboRobo with My Apps.
- Copy the template "When company information is added in Google Sheets, perform a compliance check with RoboRobo and reflect the results in Google Sheets."
- Trigger: Set "When a row is added" in Google Sheets.
- Set RoboRobo's "Register Client & Execute Check" and "Wait for 5 minutes."
- Once RoboRobo's "Get Check Results" is done, set "Update Record" in Google Sheets, turn on the trigger, and you're done.
Step 1: Integrate My Apps
Integrating My Apps first will make the subsequent settings smoother.
First, let's integrate the Google Sheets you are using with Yoom.
Select My Apps → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.

Search for Google Sheets.
Log in with your email address and password.
Next, search for RoboRobo.
Enter the displayed items and log in.
If Google Sheets and RoboRobo are displayed in My Apps, you're good to go.
Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions
This time, we will use this template.
Open the template page and click "Try this template."
If you are using Yoom, please log in, or if you are new, please register as a member.
Once completed, the template is automatically copied to your workspace.
The template name can be changed as needed.
Click My Projects on the left to display the copied template.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.

Things to Prepare
A spreadsheet with the information of the company you want to search for.

First, let's set up the app trigger.
Select "When a row is added."
The title can be changed to your preference.
After confirming the account information to be linked, proceed without changing the action.
Enter the required settings.
- Trigger Interval: You can choose from intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ The selection of intervals may vary depending on the plan.

Set the table range to include everything, including the headers.
- Column with Unique Values ※ Be sure to select a column that does not have duplicate values!

Test and save if the Google Sheets record is reflected in the output.
Next, select "Register Client & Execute Check."
Check RoboRobo's account information.
For the required field "Client Name," select {{Company Name}} from the output.
Set other fields as needed.

Test this as well, and save if successful.
Next, select "Wait."
If there are no changes from the default set time, click save.

Next, select "Get Check Results."
Select the Client ID from the output.

Select other items from the choices.

Test this as well, and save if the search results are displayed in the output.
Next, select "Update Record" and link the database.

Set the search condition for the record you want to update to the Client Name.

Set the values of the updated record.
Select from the output as before.

For the RoboRobo search execution date field, you can select from the date next to the output field.

Test this as well → Save if successful.
Let's take a look at the Google Sheets side.

The ID and transaction judgment have been successfully reflected.
Finally, turn on the app trigger to complete.
Thank you for your hard work.
Even someone like me who is not familiar with programming was able to proceed easily.
