Step 2: Copy the Template
Next, copy the Yoom template. Click the "Try this template" icon on the banner template below.
When a screen like the image below is displayed, the template copy is complete.
Step 3: Setting the Trigger Form
This step sets up the trigger (starting point) for this automation to be when a response is received from a Yoom form. This step is already set in the template, but let's check the settings!
Click on the red frame below.
A response form screen like the image below will be displayed.
If you want to add a question, click "Add" in the image below to add a new question.
There is a section for setting the completion page, so enter it in a way that makes it easy to understand that the input is complete!
After setting, click "Next".
Check the preview page in the form notation and detailed settings, and click "Save"!
Step 4: Retrieve Order Information from Amazon Seller Central
Set up to retrieve order information from Amazon Seller Central.
Next, click on the red frame below!
A screen to select the linked account and action will be displayed, so make sure it is the correct Amazon Seller Central account to link this time! Once confirmed, click "Next"!
The API connection screen will be displayed. Proceed with the settings while checking the necessary items.
Select the desired sales region. (For Japan, select Far East.)
Check and enter the Marketplace ID in Amazon Seller Central.
Select "Order Date Range(Start)", "Order Datae Range(End)", and "Order Status" from the "Retrieved Value" displayed below the input fields as shown in the screen below. After entering, click "Test".
Clicking "Test" will retrieve the following values from Amazon Seller Central. The retrieved values can be used later as inputs in settings as retrieved value. For more details on retrieved value, please check here. Once the test is confirmed successful, click "Save"!
Step 5: Setting Notifications to Slack
Finally, set up to notify Slack when order information is retrieved from Amazon Seller Central! Click on the red frame below.
In the screen to select the linked account and action, confirm it is the Slack account to be linked this time and click "Next".
The API settings screen will be displayed, so proceed with the settings.
For the destination channel ID, click from the "Options" displayed in the input field.
In the message, enter content that makes it clear that order information has been retrieved from Amazon Seller Central. Information you want to insert into the message can be easily entered by selecting from the retrieved value.
After entering, click "Test" and check if the message is actually sent to the specified Slack channel!
Once the transmission is confirmed, return to Yoom and click "Save"!
Step 6: Set the Trigger to ON and Complete Flow Activation Preparation
By clicking the red frame part "Trigger ON" on the screen below, the flow bot will automatically start.
