How to Create an HRMOS and CloudSign Integration Flow
By receiving employee information from HRMOS via API, creating an NDA, and sending the contract through CloudSign's API, automation can be achieved. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but using the no-code tool Yoom allows you to easily achieve it without programming knowledge.
The integration flow is broadly created through the following processes.

Copy the template
Set the HRMOS trigger as the starting point of the flow and configure the subsequent CloudSign operations
Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration operation between HRMOS and CloudSign

Step 1: Register HRMOS and CloudSign in My Apps
Register HRMOS and CloudSign in My Apps. Pre-registering in My Apps allows you to easily proceed with automation settings.
First, register HRMOS in My Apps. Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
When the following screen appears, search for HRMOS from the app list or use the search bar.
When the following screen appears, set the "Account Name" and "Access Token". For detailed settings, please check here.
Next, set up Google Docs to issue documents, so register Google Docs in My Apps. Search for Google Docs or find it from the list. When the following screen appears, log in to Google Docs.
Next, proceed to register CloudSign in My Apps. Search for CloudSign from the list or use the search bar. When the following screen appears, set the "Account Name" and "Client ID". Check the detailed settings from here.
If HRMOS, Google Docs, and CloudSign are displayed in My Apps, registration is complete.
Step 2: Copy the Template
To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.
Read the following screen display and click "OK".
The following screen will be displayed, so please check the "Title" and "Description". If changes are necessary, make them from the page below. First, with the HRMOS web page open, set up to launch Yoom's Flowbot from the extension, and click "Launch from Employee Detail Page".
Step 3: Setting the HRMOS Trigger as the Starting Point of the Flow and the Subsequent CloudSign Operation
When the following screen is displayed, check the setup method. For detailed settings of the Chrome extension, check here. If you haven't installed the Chrome extension yet, install it from here.
The following screen will be displayed, so please check the settings.

Check the following setup method.
Scroll and set the "Launch Page URL Sample". Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up obtaining employee personal information, click "Obtain Employee Basic Personal Information". The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

"Action" → Obtain Employee Basic Personal Information
When the following screen is displayed, set the "Employee ID". Select "Employee ID" from the output of "Launch from Employee Detail Page". The output will be displayed by clicking the arrow in the red frame. Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up document issuance, click "Issue Document". For detailed setup instructions, refer to here.
The following screen will be displayed, so please check the settings.

Next, create an NDA in Google Docs as a template document for testing. The following is an example, so please set it according to the "Issue Document" settings shared earlier.
Scroll and set up "Template Document Integration". Set the file ID of the Google Docs document created earlier.
Next, set up the "Issued Document". Select the "Google Drive Folder ID" from the options. Click inside the frame to display the options.
Set the "Output File Name" as desired. The following is an example, so feel free to change it as you like.
The setup method will be displayed, so please check it.
Here, set up to replace the contract signing date with today's date. Click "Date" → "Today" → "%Y-%m-%d" in order for the "Replacement String". Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up CloudSign, click "Create Document". When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

"Action" → Create Document
Please check the following precautions.
Scroll and set the "Document Title". By utilizing the output of "Obtain Employee Basic Personal Information", you can automatically create a document title. The following is an example, so please set it as desired. If there are other necessary items, set them and click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up file attachment in CloudSign, click "Attach File to Document". The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

"Action" → Attach File to Document
Check the precautions.
Next, set "Document ID" and "File Name". Use the output of "Create Document" to set as follows.
Scroll and set "File Attachment Method" as follows. Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up adding a recipient in CloudSign, click "Add Recipient". When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

"Action" → Add Recipient
The following screen will be displayed, so set the "Document ID". Select "Document ID" from the output of "Create Document".
Next, set the "Email Address". Select from the output of "Launch from Employee Detail Page".
Scroll and set the "Recipient Name". Set it as follows using the output of "Obtain Employee Basic Personal Information". If there are other necessary items, set them and click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up document sending in CloudSign, click "Send Document / Remind". When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

"Action" → Send Document / Remind
Please check the following precautions.
The following screen will be displayed, so set the "Document ID". Select "Document ID" from the output of "Create Document". Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Step 4: Turn ON the Trigger Button and Verify the Integration Operation between HRMOS and CloudSign
Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the automation setup. Check if the Flowbot starts correctly.

Examples of Automation Using HRMOS
There are many other examples of automation using HRMOS at Yoom, so here are a few.
1. When new employee information is entered into the input form, it is automatically registered in HRMOS, and the content is also notified to Slack. By having new employees submit information through the form, employee registration is automatically done in HRMOS, and notifications are sent to Slack, reducing the effort of input and notification. 2. This is a flow where employee information registered in Notion is automatically added to HRMOS. Based on the employee data registered in Notion, employees can be registered in HRMOS, eliminating the need for manual data entry. 3. This is a flow to automatically register employees in HRMOS by reading resumes with OCR. You can read resumes using AI and register employees in HRMOS. There is no need to register each one individually while checking.
