Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, copy the template for integrating HubSpot and Slack.

Step 3: Setting up the HubSpot Trigger

Set up the trigger action that will start the flow.
This flow is triggered when a deal is created in HubSpot.

1. Select "My Projects" in the Yoom management screen and click "Send a message on Slack when a new deal is created in HubSpot [Copy]".

3. Confirm the account linked with HubSpot and click "Next".

4. Set the trigger activation interval and click "Test".
* Trigger activation intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes are available, and the selectable times vary depending on the plan.
* The trigger action is checked once per selected interval, and if executed, the flow bot is activated. If you want to be notified immediately when a deal is created, a short interval setting is recommended.

5. If the test is successful, the information obtained from HubSpot will be displayed in the output.
If there are no issues, save it.

Step 4: Setting up Notifications to Slack
