Benefits and Examples of Integrating HubSpot and Stripe
Benefit 1: Streamlined Payment Process
By integrating HubSpot and Stripe, the payment process becomes simpler. For example, after a transaction with a customer, you can register the data in HubSpot, create a payment link in Stripe, and send an email to the customer. This allows the customer to complete the payment with minimal actions by simply clicking the link. It is ideal for scenarios where smooth payment for products or services is required. Additionally, the manual payment process may be simplified, allowing for smoother transactions.
Benefit 2: Prevent Human Errors
Manually creating payment links and sending them via email increases the likelihood of sending incorrect links or missing emails. However, by creating links in Stripe based on transactions registered in HubSpot and automatically sending emails, you can prevent human errors. For example, once a transaction is completed in the sales process and the transaction information is registered in HubSpot, a link is automatically created in Stripe and an email is sent, preventing misdelivery of emails or links. This ensures accurate sending of emails and links, allowing customers to proceed with payments confidently. As a result, you may be able to provide a highly reliable service.
Benefit 3: Time Savings
Automating the creation and sending of payment links can potentially reduce the work time for support teams and sales representatives. For example, when manually sending payment links to multiple customers, you need to create links individually and send emails. By entrusting this entire process to automation, you can work quickly even with many customers and reduce the time spent on verification tasks. This reduces time-consuming manual tasks and is expected to improve work speed.
Now, let's explain how to use the no-code tool Yoom to "create a payment link in Stripe from HubSpot and send it via email."
[What is Yoom]
How to Create a HubSpot and Stripe Integration Flow
Automation can be achieved by receiving transaction information registered in HubSpot via API and creating a payment link using Stripe's API. Additionally, by using Yoom's email, you can send the transaction information from HubSpot and the payment link created in Stripe via email. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge.
The integration flow is broadly created through the following processes.
Register HubSpot and Stripe as My Apps
Copy the template
Set up the HubSpot trigger as the starting point of the flow and the subsequent Stripe operation settings
Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration operation between HubSpot and Stripe
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
Step 1: Register My Apps with HubSpot and Stripe
Please register My Apps to connect HubSpot and Stripe with Yoom. By registering My Apps in advance, automation settings become easier.
First, let's register My Apps for HubSpot. Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
A search bar and app list will be displayed as shown below, so use either to select HubSpot.
When the following screen is displayed, please sign in to HubSpot.
Next, proceed to register My Apps for Stripe. Select Stripe in the same way as before. When the following screen is displayed, set the "Account Name" and "Access Token" while referring to here. The "Access Token" can be confirmed in the Stripe management screen.

Other Automation Examples Using HubSpot and Stripe
1. This flow automatically creates a ticket in HubSpot when a new customer is created in Stripe. It allows you to visualize the status of ticket handling, making it convenient for tracking progress. Every time a new customer is registered, it saves the effort of creating a ticket in HubSpot.
2. This is a flow where a new company registered in HubSpot automatically creates a customer in Stripe. You can synchronize customer information from HubSpot to Stripe, eliminating the need for manual input. This helps prevent the risk of registering incorrect customer information.
3. This is a flow that automatically updates the lead status in HubSpot when an email is received. When an email is received, the flow searches for the contact information in HubSpot using the email address and updates the lead status to connected. There is no need to manually search for contact information and update the lead status.
Summary
By integrating HubSpot with Stripe, you can automatically create payment links in Stripe based on HubSpot's deal data and send emails, facilitating a smooth payment process. This can help prevent human errors and lead to more reliable transactions. Additionally, it eliminates the need for manual work, potentially reducing the time spent on tasks.

I've been working as a writer since my job in child welfare, and I'm currently writing a blog on Yoom.
While being surprised by the work efficiency improvements that can be made with Yoom, I would like to share that excitement with everyone and contribute to society.
I'll tell you about application integration and automation that even I, who has zero programming knowledge, can do.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
