Step 2: Set Up a Trigger to Activate When a New Conversation is Created in Intercom

1. Open the copied template.
 *You can change the title to any desired one from the red-framed section in the diagram below.

2. Click on the Flowbot's "App Trigger: When a New Conversation is Created".

3. Select the integrated account and action.
 Change the title if necessary and click "Next".

4. Configure the API connection settings for the app trigger.
 Select the trigger activation interval.
 *The activation interval varies depending on the plan. Reference: List of Feature Limitations and Usage Limits for Each Plan

5. If the test is successful, click "Save".

Step 3: Set Up an Action to Add a Task in Asana

1. Click on the Flowbot's "Integrate with App: Add Task".

2. Select the integrated account and action.
 Change the title if necessary and click "Next".

3. Configure the API connection settings.
 Enter the necessary information in each field.
 *Use the output information obtained in Step 2 for "Task Name" and "Task Description". Referring to the URL where the conversation started will make it easier to access Intercom.

4. If the test is successful, click "Save".

Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
