How to Create a Flow Combining JUST.DB and Google Search
Step 1: Integrate JUST.DB and Google Search with My Apps

The template will be copied, and the screen will look like the above.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom page called "My Projects", please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

First, integrate Yoom with each tool. Click "New Connection" at the top right.
Integration of JUST.DB and Yoom
1. Preparation of JUST.DB
Prepare the JUST.DB you will use.
This automation assumes "collection of company information". Searches will be conducted based on the "company name" added to JUST.DB, and after automatic summarization, the "summary result" will be updated.
Therefore, create these two items.
2. Search
YSearch JUST.DB and click the icon.
3. Enter Required Fields

Follow the supplement and obtain the API key from the JUST.DB page and set it.
Once you have entered the required fields, click "Add" at the bottom right.
4. Integration Complete

If the screen switches and the above display appears, the integration is complete.
Integration of Google Search and Yoom
1. Search
Click the Google Search icon.
2. Select Account
Press the Google account of the Gmail address to be integrated with Yoom.
3. Log in to Yoom

You will be taken to the image page, read the terms and click Next.
4. Yoom is requesting additional access to your Google account
Press Continue.
When you move to the authentication screen, select <span class="mark-yellow">Allow all permissions</span>.
5. Integration Complete

If the screen switches and the above display appears, the integration is complete.
Step 2: Set Up Real-Time Data Retrieval from JUST.DB
1. Open My Projects

Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Open the Copied Template
Click on "【Copy】Search for company information on Google using keywords added to JUST.DB, summarize the search results, and update JUST.DB".
3. Select App Trigger
Select "When a record is registered" for the JUST.DB icon.
Press Next.
4. Set Up Webhook

Copy the URL from the image and set up the Webhook on the JUST.DB page.
For more details, please see How to Use JUST.DB Webhook to Trigger Yoom's Flowbot.
By setting this up, searches will be conducted in real-time when search words are added to JUST.DB.
5. Add Search Words
Enter search words in JUST.DB for testing purposes.
6. Execute Test

Once you have set up the Webhook and entered the keywords, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
Step 3: Set Up to Use Google Search
1. Integrate with App
Select "Get Search Results" for the Google Search icon.
Press Next.
2. Enter Search Engine ID

Obtain the search engine ID from the URL in the supplement at the bottom of the box, and copy & paste it.
3. Set Search Query

Set the query for what kind of content you want to search for.

Click the box and select the red frame.

The data sent in the test from JUST.DB will be displayed. Click "Company Name" and insert it into the box.

This time, I also added "Company Information" with a space.
This allows for an automatic search of "Company Name Company Information" by adding a company name to the "Company Name" part of JUST.DB.
4. Execute Test

Press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
Step 5: Set Up Summarization
1. Summarize
Select "Summarize" for the AI icon.
Press Next.
2. Confirm Settings

Since you are creating a flowbot using a template, the settings are as shown in the image.
If there are changes to the number of characters after summarization, set them as desired.
3. Conditions for Summarization

The conditions for summarization are blank. Therefore, if there are conditions, set them.

For example, it is possible to set it as shown in the image.
Describe specific content about what kind of information you want to add to JUST.DB.
4. Execute Test

Once the settings are complete, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
Step 4: Set Up to Add Summary Results to JUST.DB
1. Integrate with App
Select "Edit Record" for the JUST.DB icon.
Press Next.
2. Set Required Fields

Enter the required fields according to the supplement at the bottom of the box.
3. Set Record ID

Use the data sent in the test to enter the Record ID.

Click the box and select the red frame.

Click to insert the Record ID.
4. Execute Test

Once the settings are complete, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
5. Turn ON the Trigger

Once the flowbot is created, the above display will appear. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
This completes the creation of a flowbot using JUST.DB and Google Search.
