・Link JUST.DB and Money Forward Cloud Invoice to My Apps

(1) First, connect JUST.DB to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click on "My Apps" in the left column and search for JUST.DB from "New Connection".

(2) The app icon for JUST.DB will appear, click on it.

(3) Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" for the JUST.DB you want to link, and click [Add].
Now, the app connection for JUST.DB is complete.

(4) Next, let's connect Money Forward Cloud Invoice.
Perform the same operation as before to search for and click on the app icon for Money Forward Cloud Invoice.

(5) Enter the email address set in Money Forward Cloud Invoice and click [Log In].
After clicking, also enter the password.

(6) On the next screen, select the business entity.
Select the business entity using Money Forward Cloud and click [Next].
After clicking, a screen will appear asking if you want to allow integration with Yoom.
Check the details and click [Allow].

After clicking, you will be taken to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added.
Now, the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click on the icon for "Try this template" in the template below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Please move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are three setup flows.

・Setting up JUST.DB

(1) First, set up the app trigger for JUST.DB.

From "My Projects" on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Issue an invoice with Money Forward Cloud Invoice when a record is updated in JUST.DB".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click on the trigger "When a Webhook event is received".

(3) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

‍

‍

(4) On the next screen, you need to copy the Webhook URL and configure it in the management screen.

(5) After sending the Webhook event or executing the trigger event, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain information as output as shown below.
The output information can be quoted and used in the subsequent steps, as noted "This value can be used in other operations."

(6) Next, click on the second action "Retrieve Record (ID Search)".

(7) Ensure that the account information is entered, and input the information according to the annotations in the "Database Integration" section.
The "Table Identifier" can be confirmed in the JUST.DB object management screen as shown below.

(8) Download the relevant data file from JUST.DB for the "Table Definition File" and upload it.
After entering the necessary information, click [Next].

(9) On the next screen, set the conditions for the record you want to retrieve.
You can also quote the output obtained from the previous step.
In this example, specify the 【Record ID】.

(10) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].

・Setting up Money Forward Cloud Invoice

(1) Finally, click on the third action "Create Invoice (New Format)".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter information in fields such as "Department ID" and "Subject".
Click the input bar to quote the output obtained from the previous step.
(In the image below, the output 【Update Date】 obtained in the previous step is set as an example in the "Invoice Date" field.)

(4) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.
