Many companies utilize kintone when managing employee information. However, manually granting accounts for Garoon or Cybozu Office after a new employee is registered is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. This is where the integration of kintone with cybozu.com common administration becomes useful. This article will detail the integration methods and benefits of kintone with cybozu.com common administration. Please read until the end.
Benefits of Integrating kintone with cybozu.com Common Administration
Benefit 1: Reduction of Human Error
By automating the process, there is no longer a need to manually create accounts for Garoon or Cybozu Office when an employee is registered in kintone. Account setup tasks are particularly prone to human errors such as input mistakes or missing permissions, but automation reduces these risks and allows for accurate account information registration. This also reduces the burden on the person in charge, allowing resources to be focused on other important tasks.
Benefit 2: Streamlining the Onboarding Process
New employees can access the necessary tools and systems immediately, enabling them to smoothly start their work from day one. In traditional manual processes, time is consumed in issuing accounts and setting permissions, which may prevent new employees from starting their work. However, by implementing this flow, the issuance of accounts and granting of permissions are automated, reducing waiting times. As a result, employees can start their work early, and stable operations are possible even if the person responsible for account issuance changes.

How to Create an Integration Flow for kintone and cybozu.com Common Administration
We have introduced the benefits so far. Now, let's quickly integrate the app we will use this time with Yoom! Once the My App registration is complete, we will create a "Flowbot to grant accounts for Garoon or Cybozu Office to employees registered in kintone".
Step 1: Connect My App
Connecting My App first will make the subsequent settings proceed smoothly. First, let's connect the kintone you are using with Yoom. Select My App → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.
Please search for kintone. From here, please refer to the My App Registration Method and register. If the registration does not go well, please refer to the Help Page. Next, connect with cybozu.com common management. Please follow the display to set it up. Once the two apps are connected to My App, it's complete.
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flow Bot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flow Bot template from below.
1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details" 2. Click "Try This Template" on the page you navigated to 3. Register for Yoom * If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.
Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions
This time, we will use this template. Open the template page and click 'Try This Template'. If you are using Yoom, log in, and if you are new, register as a member. When you proceed to the next step, the template will be automatically copied to your workspace. You can change the template name as needed. Click My Projects on the left, and the template you just copied will appear. Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.
This time, it's the following 4 steps. Let's set it up together!
Now, let's set up the app trigger. Select "When a record is registered". You can change the title to make it easier to understand. Check the account information to be linked. Proceed to the next step with the action unchanged. In the following screen, please refer to this article to set up the app trigger's Webhook event reception.
Proceed to the kintone app and register employee information as follows.
Return to the Flowbot settings, test, and if the kintone app ID etc. is reflected in the output, save it. Next, select "Get Record Information". Proceed to the next step and set the required items.
The output can be selected as follows. (It is set by default.)
Test this as well, and if the employee information entered in the kintone app is reflected in the output, save it. Next, click "Add User". Check the account information to be linked here as well. Proceed to the next step without changing the action. Set the required items from the output. (If there is no problem with the default, you do not need to change it.)
Set other items from the output as needed. Next, click "Update User's Service Usage". Proceed to the next step and set the required items here as well. Login names and services used are set by default, but if they appear in the options, they can be customized.
Test and if successful, save it. Let's check on the cybozu.com common management side.
User registration is complete. Check the details.
The kintone employee information has been successfully reflected! The services you use are also registered. Finally, turn on the app trigger to complete. Thank you for your hard work. Even I, who am not familiar with programming, was able to set it up easily.

2.This is a flow that notifies LINE WORKS when a record is added to kintone. When a record is registered, it automatically notifies LINE WORKS in real-time, helping to prevent any oversights. You no longer need to check the records and manually send notifications.

I have experienced finance-related work for about 3 years since I graduated as a new graduate.
Due to the industry, there are so many tasks that are done manually, and I came across Yoom when I thought that if automated, I could do more other work.
I'm impressed every day by the convenience of Yoom while writing a blog.
I try to make the structure easy to understand.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
