After copying the template, register kintone and Raku-Raku Sales in Yoom's My Apps as part of the preparation.

1. After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" → "+ New Connection" in order.

2. Search for the app name and enter the required information

If kintone and Raku-Raku Sales are displayed in the My Apps list, the preparation is complete!

Step 1. Setting the App Trigger

First, click the app trigger "When a record is registered (Webhook activation)".

On the first page, the pre-linked kintone account information will be displayed, so please check it and click "Next" if there are no issues.

On the next page, set up the Webhook event reception settings.
Follow the steps described to configure it.

Click "Test" and if there are no issues, click "Save" to complete the trigger settings.

Step 2. Retrieve Records

Next, click "Retrieve Records".

At the beginning of the first page, the account information will be displayed as in Step 1, so please check it.
Below that, there is a section to specify the app ID to link with the database, so specify it and proceed to "Next".

On the second page, set the conditions for the records you want to retrieve.
Use the output information as shown below to input.

In the image above, it is set to retrieve the record ID, but if you want to retrieve multiple records, click "Add Trigger Condition".

Click "Test" and if there are no issues, select "Save".

Step 3. Register Records

Now, click the final step "Register Records".

On the first page, the account information will be displayed, so check it and proceed to the next step.

On the second page, configure the settings to register records.
"Domain", "Account Name", "DB Schema ID", and "Registration Data" are required fields, so be sure to enter them.
Use the information output from kintone for the values to be registered.

In the image above, it is set to register a title, but if you want to register more, click "Add Registration Data" to create a new input box.

Click "Test" and if no errors appear, click "Save".
If a popup like the one below appears, all settings are complete.
