1. Register kintone and OpenLogi as My Apps
2. Set up a trigger that activates when a record is created or updated in kintone
3. Set up an action to register information in OpenLogi
4. Test and verify

Step 1: Link kintone and OpenLogi with My Apps

1. Log in to your Yoom account.

If you don't have an account, please create one first on the Yoom account creation page.

Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".

2. Click on New Connection.

3. You can search by app name from the red frame. This time, search for and register both kintone and OpenLogi.
Once registration is complete, the icons for kintone and OpenLogi will appear in My Apps. Please confirm.

Next, click on the "Retrieve Record" icon.

3. Set the App ID.
Once the setup is complete, click "Next".

4. Set the conditions for the records you want to retrieve.
Once the setup is complete, perform a test and save if there are no errors.

5. Return to the flow.
Click on "Update Product".

6. Enter the account information to connect with OpenLogi.
Select "Update Product" as the action.
Once you've finished entering, click "Next".

7. Set up the configuration to update the product.
Product name and product ID are required fields, so please enter them.
When you click the field, the output obtained earlier will be displayed, so please utilize it.
Once the setup is complete, perform a test and save if there are no issues.
