Setting Up My App Integration

1. After selecting "My Apps" from the left menu, click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. Select LOGILESS from the new connection candidates in My Apps.
 * You can narrow down the candidates by entering the app name in the search box.

3. The LOGILESS login screen will be displayed, so enter your email address and password to log in.

4. Click "Approve" for the access permission confirmation.

Synchronize Information with Database

By integrating the LOGILESS API with the database API, you can synchronize LOGILESS information with the database. If you are also conducting product shipments or hand-to-hand sales without going through LOGILESS, consolidating information in the database allows for centralized management. Automatically outputting information to the database when creating order slips or completing shipments in LOGILESS can be useful for sales and inventory management, as well as responding to inquiries.

You can configure it to perform two actions in line with LOGILESS operations: notifications to chat tools and reflecting information in the database. For example, if a customer requests a change in order details, you can immediately confirm via notification that the change process in LOGILESS is complete, then check the details in the database and contact the customer.

Synchronize with Accounting Software

By integrating the LOGILESS API with the API of your accounting software, you can register order information as pending transactions. If you register all orders shipped through LOGILESS as individual transaction information in your accounting software, automatic synchronization can reduce the effort and errors in posting. Since transaction data is promptly reflected, you can quickly check the latest information in your accounting software. Additionally, reducing errors in transaction data can also shorten the time required for billing processes and verification and correction tasks during financial closing.

Issue Reports in Accordance with LOGILESS Operations
