1. After selecting "My Apps" from the left menu, click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.
2. Select LOGILESS from the new connection candidates in My Apps.

4. Click "Approve" for the access permission confirmation.

There are a variety of chat tools that can be integrated with Yoom, so please select and use the template of the tool you usually use. Depending on the chat tool, you can also use mention or DM functions to notify specific members.
You can configure it to perform two actions in line with LOGILESS operations: notifications to chat tools and reflecting information in the database. For example, if a customer requests a change in order details, you can immediately confirm via notification that the change process in LOGILESS is complete, then check the details in the database and contact the customer.
By integrating the LOGILESS API with the API of your accounting software, you can register order information as pending transactions. If you register all orders shipped through LOGILESS as individual transaction information in your accounting software, automatic synchronization can reduce the effort and errors in posting. Since transaction data is promptly reflected, you can quickly check the latest information in your accounting software. Additionally, reducing errors in transaction data can also shorten the time required for billing processes and verification and correction tasks during financial closing.
By integrating the LOGILESS API with the API of applications that create reports or email software, you can automatically issue and send reports in line with LOGILESS operations, such as creating order slips or completing shipments.
