How to Create a Connection Flow between LOGILESS and LINE WORKS

From here, we will explain the actual steps for app integration. The general flow is as follows.

・Perform "My App Integration" between LOGILESS and LINE WORKS
・Copy the template distributed by Yoom
・Set a trigger in LOGILESS and configure an action including notifications in LINE WORKS
・Turn on the trigger to complete the preparation for flow operation

Log in to Yoom or register for free to proceed with the setup.

Step 1: My App Integration with LOGILESS and LINE WORKS

First, integrate LOGILESS and LINE WORKS into My App.

Click "My App" on the left side of the screen after logging into Yoom.
Then click "+ New Connection" displayed on the right side of the screen.

Next, search for LOGILESS in "New Connection for My App" and click it.‍

Then sign in with the account you want to use, approve access from Yoom, and complete the My App integration.

Similarly, search for LINE WORKS in "New Connection for My App" and click it.

Next, enter the "Client ID", "Client Secret", and "Scope".

Once each item is entered, click "Add".

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, copy the flow bot template for this time.
Click "Try it" from the banner below.

When "Template has been copied!" appears, please click "OK".

Next, we will set up the trigger in LOGILESS.
Please click "When an order slip is created or updated".

Next, we will check and modify the title and account information.
First, make sure the correct account is selected in "Account information linked with LOGILESS".
The title can be changed to an easy-to-understand name as desired.
Do not change 'Trigger Action', and click 'Next'.

Next, we will set the "Trigger Interval" and "Merchant ID".
The trigger interval can be selected from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
The Merchant ID can be obtained from the LOGILESS management screen URL.
Once each item is set, click "Test".
If you can obtain LOGILESS information in "Output", it is successful.
Finally, click "Save".

Step 3: Set Action

Next, set the action for LINE WORKS.
Please click "Send message to talk room".

Edit the title and check the account.
Do not change the action and click "Next" to proceed.

Next, set each API connection setting and the content of the message to be sent.
"Bot ID" can be obtained from the LINE WORKS Developer Console.
"Talk Room ID" can be obtained from the menu on the talk screen or when creating a talk room.
Create the message to be automatically sent in "Message". By clicking the text box, you can quote the information obtained from LOGILESS earlier.
Once each item is set, click "Test".
If the test is successful without any issues, click "Save" to complete the setup.

Finally, set the trigger to ON to complete the flow operation preparation.
Now, when an order slip is created in LOGILESS, it will be automatically notified to LINE WORKS.

1. Notify Slack When Shipping is Completed with LOGILESS
