Other Automation Examples Using LINE WORKS and Microsoft Teams

There are many other examples of automation using LINE WORKS and Microsoft Teams in Yoom, so here are a few introductions.

1. Translate messages posted on LINE WORKS and post the translated version to Microsoft Teams
This template is a system that translates messages posted on LINE WORKS and automatically posts the translated version to Microsoft Teams.
For example, when the overseas sales department receives an English message from a customer on LINE WORKS, it can be quickly translated into Japanese and shared with the domestic sales department channel on Microsoft Teams.
This automation facilitates smooth information sharing across departments, overcoming language barriers and reducing the effort required for translation work.
As a result, response speed improves, leading to increased operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.

2. Notify Microsoft Teams when a message is sent to a LINE WORKS chat room
This template automatically notifies Microsoft Teams when a message is sent to a LINE WORKS chat room.
For example, when the support team receives an inquiry from a customer on LINE WORKS, the content is notified to a channel in Microsoft Teams.
This allows the "Customer Success Team," which is a different department, to understand the situation in real-time and respond promptly.
By improving the speed of information sharing, it is expected to prevent coordination errors and enhance customer response capabilities and operational efficiency.

3. Notify LINE WORKS of Outlook emails that match specific subject conditions
This template automatically notifies LINE WORKS of Outlook email content that matches specific subject conditions.
For example, emails related to "invoices" received by the "Accounting Department" are notified to the "Accounting Communication" chat room in LINE WORKS.
This reduces the risk of missing important emails and allows for prompt review and response.
Especially when email checking is infrequent, immediate notifications can be expected to improve the speed and accuracy of operations.

Benefits and Examples of Integrating LINE WORKS with Microsoft Teams

Benefit 1: Streamlined Schedule Management

By automatically notifying Microsoft Teams of schedules registered in LINE WORKS, you can reduce the effort required to check schedules.
For example, tasks that previously required manually switching between LINE WORKS and Microsoft Teams for confirmation are now automatically consolidated in Microsoft Teams, allowing for efficient schedule management.
This can save time and improve focus for members handling multiple projects.

Benefit 2: Enhanced Information Sharing within the Team

Utilizing the system to send mass notifications to everyone in Microsoft Teams ensures the reliable sharing of important schedule information.
For instance, by automatically notifying team-wide meetings or project deadlines, each member can avoid overlooking schedules, leading to an efficient workflow.
Additionally, quick information sharing ensures everyone has the same understanding, preventing unnecessary confirmation tasks and communication lapses.
This system facilitates smoother team collaboration, improves communication quality, and enhances overall productivity.

Benefit 3: Prevention of Mistakes and Oversights

This integration reduces the risk of missing or forgetting schedules amidst multiple tasks.
For example, by implementing a system that automatically reminds you of the day's schedule every morning in Microsoft Teams, you can handle tasks approaching deadlines with ease.
This creates an environment where important meetings and tasks can be executed reliably.
Moreover, automation eliminates the need for manual input, reducing input errors caused by human error.
Improved information accuracy can lead to more efficient operations and enhanced information accuracy.

I came across Yoom when I was searching for ways to improve work efficiency on a daily basis at a small and medium-sized enterprise in a region where human resources are limited. I was casually thinking that it would be nice if this were the case, and by introducing Yoom, we can make it so much more efficient! I'm moved. Even though I have no knowledge or experience with systems or programming, my work has changed drastically, so I'm writing that I hope I can share it with many people who feel the same way.

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
