Step 1: Register LOGILESS and NEXT ENGINE as My Apps

Please register LOGILESS and NEXT ENGINE as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, you can smoothly proceed with the automation settings.

First, let's register LOGILESS as a My App.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
Search for LOGILESS using "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.

When the following screen is displayed, log in to LOGILESS.

Next, let's register NEXT ENGINE as a My App.

When the following screen is displayed, set the "NEXT ENGINE Company ID".

If LOGILESS and NEXT ENGINE are displayed in the My Apps section, registration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are necessary, make them from the page below.
First, set up LOGILESS by clicking "When the shipping slip is completed".

Step 3: Setting the LOGILESS trigger that initiates the flow and the subsequent NEXT ENGINE operation settings

The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed as desired
  • "Account information to link with LOGILESS" → Confirm if the account is correct
  • "Trigger Action" → When the shipping slip is completed

Check the method of setting.

Scroll and set the "Trigger Interval" and "Merchant ID".

  • "Trigger Interval" → Choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes
    ※ The trigger interval varies depending on the plan, so be careful.
  • "Merchant ID" → Check the description and set

Once the settings are complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up NEXT ENGINE by clicking "Set order slip information to shipped".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed as desired
  • "Account information to link with NEXT ENGINE" → Confirm if the account is correct
  • "Action" → Set order slip information to shipped

When the following screen is displayed, set the "Slip Number".
Select "Order Slip ID" from the LOGILESS output.
The output can be displayed by clicking the arrow in the red frame.

Finally, set the "Last Updated Date".
As before, select "Updated Date" from the LOGILESS output.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger button and check the integration operation of LOGILESS and NEXT ENGINE

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation settings.
Check if the flow bot starts up correctly.
