・Connect NEXT ENGINE and RakuRaku Sales to My Apps

(1) First, connect NEXT ENGINE to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left panel and search for NEXT ENGINE from "New Connection".

(2) The NEXT ENGINE app icon will appear, click on it.

(3) Enter the "NEXT ENGINE Company ID" and click [Add].
The first NEXT ENGINE is now connected.

(4) Next, let's connect RakuRaku Sales.
Search for the RakuRaku Sales app icon and click on it, just like before.

(5) A note stating "・To use this, you need to contract the API integration option with RakuRaku Sales and register Yoom's IP address." is included.
Please check here for Yoom's IP address.
※RakuRaku Sales is an app available only on the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the Flowbot will result in errors, so please be careful.
※Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.

(6) Generate an API token according to the content of the above image.
Once generated, scroll down and enter the required information.

(7) After entering, please click [Add].

After clicking, you will be taken to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added.
Now, the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app is completed in your Yoom account, click the icon of "Try this template" in the template below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Please move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are two setup flows.

・NEXT ENGINE Trigger Setup

(1) First, set up the NEXT ENGINE app trigger.

From "My Projects" on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Add to RakuRaku Sales when stock information is created in NEXT ENGINE".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click the trigger "When stock information is created".

(3) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(4) On the next screen, set the "Trigger Activation Interval".
Select any interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Note that the trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.

(5) After setting, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain information as output as shown below.
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted in "This value can be used in other operations."

・RakuRaku Sales Setup

(1) Finally, click the second action "Register Record".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter information in the fields such as "Domain" and "Account Name" according to the annotations.

(4) "Key Item Registration Mode" can be set according to the operation from the dropdown.
(If not set, automatic numbering will be prioritized.)

(5) For some fields, you can quote the output obtained in the previous step by clicking the input bar.
The image below shows the first step's obtained 【Product Code】 being quoted in "Value to Register".

(6) After entering information in the required fields, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn ON the Trigger

By clicking the red-framed part "Turn ON the Trigger" on the screen below, the flow bot will start automatically.
