Now you can edit the template copied from Yoom!
The flow we are introducing today, "Automatically translate English emails and notify Slack," consists of the following four steps.
1. Connect Yoom and Slack with My Apps
2. Set a trigger to activate upon receiving an email
3. Translate using AI
4. Send the translated content to Slack
Let's go through each step!
Step 1: Connect Yoom and Slack with My Apps
Before creating the flow bot, let's connect the app with Yoom.
Connect Slack with My Apps
Once you log into the Yoom workspace, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen, then "New Connection."
Select Slack from the list of apps, choose the desired channel on the access permission request screen, and click "Allow" to complete the registration of Slack with My Apps.

Step 2: Set a trigger to activate upon receiving an email
Click on My Projects on the left side, and the template you copied earlier will appear. Click the ellipsis (...) on the right side and select Edit to bring up the screen where you can make edits.
First, let's set up the "Email Trigger." Click on "When an email arrives."

Create a receiving address and click "Next."

Since we are translating English emails this time, create an English email and send it to the address enclosed in the red frame.
After sending the email, click Test.

If the test is successful and the email content is obtained as output, save it.

Step 3: Translate using AI
Next, click "Translate."

You can select an action, so choose the appropriate action from the dropdown menu.

Once saved, set the translation details.
For the text to be translated, select "Body" from the output of "When an email arrives." Enter "Japanese" as the target language and run the test.

If the test is successful, save it.
Step 4: Send the translated content to Slack
Select "Send a message."

Select the action "Send a message to a channel."

・Channel ID: If the app is connected, you can select the desired channel from the suggestions.
・Message Content: Click the edit field to open a dropdown where the output extracted in the previous process is displayed.
Select the content to send to Slack, and the most recent translation result will be automatically replaced.

If the test is successful, the setup is complete! Finally, set the trigger to [ON] and wait for the flow bot to activate.

With this, the flow for automatically translating English emails and notifying Slack is complete!
