First, we will create a flow where [when order information is registered in ecforce, it is stored in kintone].
Without having to manually check the order information registered in ecforce, it is automatically stored in kintone's database, eliminating any gaps or omissions in information management.

Preparation

Once you can log in to your Yoom account, first register the app you will use.
1. Click "Register My App" and select "Create New".
2. Select the app you want to register (this time ecforce and kintone) and log in with the account you will use.


Once you have registered ecforce, click "Create New" again to register kintone.
3. Once registered, an icon will appear in My Apps.
Please check if the icons for ecforce and kintone are displayed.

1. Open the copied template from My Projects.
2. Click "Edit" in the upper right corner.
The title is filled in to make the content of the flow easy to understand.
Details can also be changed. Please modify it to make it easier to use.


3. Click "App Trigger: When Order Information is Registered".


4. Select the trigger action "When Order Information is Registered" and click "Next".


5. Select the trigger interval and enter the channel ID.
Once entered, click "Test".
If the test is successful, click "Save".


6. Return to the flow and click the icon "Operate Database: Store Order Information".


7. Select the execution action "Add Record".
If the app registration is completed, you can select data integration from the candidates.
Once entered, click "Next".


8. Enter the values for the record to be added.
You can select the previously integrated ecforce output information, so enter it while embedding.
Once entered, click "Test".
If the test is successful, click "Save".


This completes the flow of [Store Order Information in kintone when Registered in ecforce].

9. Finally, switch the trigger to "ON" to activate it.
