By registering My Apps first, the automation setup becomes easier.

Let's start with registering Brevo in My Apps.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the screen.
Search for Google Sheets from "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.

You will transition to the following screen, so check the settings.

  • "Account Name" → Set any account name, e.g., Administrator Account
  • "Access Token" → Set the API key obtained from Brevo
    ※You can obtain the API key by going to "SMTP&API>API Key" in Brevo.

Next, register Google Sheets in My Apps, and select Google Sheets as before.
Once you transition to the following screen, log in to Google Sheets.

Once Brevo and Google Sheets are displayed in your My Apps section, the My Apps registration is complete.

How to Add Contact Information Registered in Brevo to Google Sheets

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

You will be redirected to the following screen, so please check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, you can do so from the page below.
First, start with the Brevo settings, and click on "When a contact is newly created".

Once you move to the following screen, please check the settings.

  • "App Trigger Title" → Can be changed if necessary
  • "Account Information to Link with Brevo" → Check if it's the account you are using
  • "Trigger Action" → When a contact is newly created

You will be redirected to the following screen, so set the "Trigger Activation Interval" as desired.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up Google Sheets by clicking "Add Record".
Once you move to the following screen, please check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed if necessary
  • "Account Information to Link with Google Sheets" → Check if it's the account you are using
  • "Execution Action" → Add Record

Before scrolling, set up Google Sheets.
As an example, I entered the contact information item names in Google Sheets as follows.
Enter the necessary items as shown below.

Scroll down and set up "Database Integration".

  • "Spreadsheet ID" → The part "●●●●●" in the URL "/spreadsheets/d/●●●●●/edit" is the Spreadsheet ID
  • "Spreadsheet Tab Name" → Specify the tab name like "Sheet1"
  • "Table Range" → Specify the table range in the format "A1:G30"

Once you move to the following screen, the items you set will be displayed, so select the output that matches the item from the red frame.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Finally, by turning the app trigger "ON", the automation setup is complete.
