If LOGILESS and freee accounting are displayed in your My Apps section, the app registration is complete.

How to register sales in freee accounting when shipping is completed in LOGILESS

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

When the following screen is displayed, please check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, you can do so from the screen below.
First, set up for when the LOGILESS shipping slip is completed, so click "When the shipping slip is completed".

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the settings.

  • "App Trigger Title" → Can be freely changed
  • "Account Information Linked with Logiless" → Check if it's the account you are using
  • "Trigger Action" → When the shipping slip is completed

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Trigger Activation Interval" → Set as desired
  • "Merchant ID" → The "●●●●" part of "https://app2.logiless.com/merchant/●●●●/dashboard" is the Merchant ID
    ※ The Merchant ID can be obtained from the URL within the Logiless management screen.

The flow bot will activate for shipping slips completed after the last polling date.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up to retrieve order slip information in LOGILESS, so click "Retrieve Order Slip Information".
Check the following settings.

  • "Title" → Can be freely changed
  • "Account Information Linked with Logiless" → Check if it's the account you are using
  • "Action" → Retrieve Order Slip Information

When the following screen is displayed, make the settings.

  • "Merchant ID" → The "●●●●" part of "https://app2.logiless.com/merchant/●●●●/dashboard" is the Merchant ID
  • "Order Slip ID" → {{Order Slip ID}}

Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up to search for registered business partners in freee accounting, so click "Search for Business Partners".
When the following screen is displayed, please check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be freely changed
  • "Account Information Linked with freee Accounting" → Check if it's the account you are using
  • "Action" → Search for Business Partners

The following screen will be displayed, so please make the settings.

  • "Office ID" → Select from candidates
  • "Search Keyword" → {{Store}}

Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up to register unsettled transactions in freee accounting, so click "Register Unsettled Transactions".
Check the following settings.

  • "Title" → Can be freely changed
  • "Account Information Linked with freee Accounting" → Check if it's the account you are using
  • "Action" → Register Unsettled Transactions

The following screen will be displayed, so please make the settings.

  • "Office ID" → Select from candidates
  • "Occurrence Date" → {{today_%Y-%m-%d}}
  • "Transaction Type" → Income
  • "Payment Due Date" → {{end_of_next_month_%Y-%m-%d}}
  • "Business Partner ID" → The "●●●●" part of the business partner's edit page URL "/partners/●●●●/edit" is the Business Partner ID
    ※ The ID can also be confirmed from the "Search for Business Partners" action
  • "Tax Code" → Select from candidates
  • "Account Item ID" → Set as desired
  • "Transaction Amount" → {{Total Amount}}

If there are other necessary items, please enter them.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
