Step 1: Connect HubSpot and freee Accounting to My Apps!

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and choose "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on HubSpot.
(3) If you have an account, click "Sign in to your HubSpot account".

(4) Enter your email address and password on the login screen and log in.

(5) Next, register freee Accounting in My Apps. Click on freee Accounting from the list of new connections in Yoom, just like in (1).
(6) The app connection start screen will appear, so click "Allow" at the bottom.

Check My Apps in Yoom, and if HubSpot and freee Accounting are included, the connection is complete!

Step 2: Set Up Triggers!


We will use the template introduced earlier.
(1) Click on "When a company is created" in the app trigger.


(2) Check if there are any errors in the account information linked to HubSpot, and click "Next".
(3) The API connection settings screen for the app trigger will appear, so select the trigger activation interval and click "Test". If there are no errors, click "Save".
* Trigger activation interval → You can choose from intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
* The selectable trigger activation intervals vary depending on the plan.

Step 3: Set Up Actions!

(1) Next, click on "Search for Business Partners".


(2) Check if there are any errors in the account information linked to freee Accounting, and click "Next".


(3) The API connection settings screen will appear, so select the business office ID from the candidates, and select the search keyword from the output. Once the input is complete, click "Test". If there are no errors, click "Save".


(4) Next, click on "If there is no business partner registration".


(5) The screen to specify branching conditions will appear, so select the operation and output from the dropdown in the output for branching, and choose "Output is empty" for the branching condition. Once the selection is complete, click "Save".


(6) Next, click on "Create Business Partner".

(7) Check if there are any errors in the account information linked to freee Accounting, and click "Next".
(8) The API connection settings screen will appear, so enter the business ID, business partner name, etc., in each field. Once the input is complete, click "Test". If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.
* Please select the business ID from the candidates.


(9) Finally, turn on the email trigger. You're done!
