How to Create a Flowbot to "Read Business Card Data with OCR, Store It in Salesforce, and Notify Chatwork"

Step 1: Copy the Template

Let's create using Yoom's template. Once you get used to it, you can complete the integration work in 10 to 20 minutes!

Once registration is complete, click "Try it" from the template below to get started.

Use the template copied to My Project.
Click "Edit" at the top right of the Flowbot.

Step 2: Set Up Form Trigger

Click "Upload Business Card Data".

The form for uploading business card data will be displayed, so click "Next" without making any changes.
Check the form display and set details.
Attach the business card data to the obtained values.

Step 3: Read Text from Business Card Data

Set the action.
No need to change the title or action, so click "Next" as is.
Then set the details.

File attachment method: Select "Use Obtained Values" and "Business Card Data" from the dropdown.
Additional items to extract: By default, it reads "Company Name", "Name", "Department/Position", "Address", "Phone Number", "FAX Number", and "Email Address". Specify additional items to extract separated by commas (,).

Step 4: Add Data to Salesforce

Click "Add Lead Information".
Set up the database integration.
Title: No need to change.
Account Information: Click "Add Integration Account" and enter the username and password to integrate.
Execute Action: Select "Add Record".
My Domain URL: Go to Salesforce "Settings > My Domain" and enter the domain such as "yoom.my.salesforce.com" listed in the current [My Domain] URL.
Object API Reference Name: Go to Salesforce "Settings > Object Manager" and enter the API reference name such as "Lead".

Click Next and set the details.
In the left tab, enter "Company Name", and in the right tab, set "Not Empty" from the dropdown.
※ Explanation: By setting it as above, you can automatically add data to Salesforce when business card data is uploaded.

Step 4: Notify Chatwork

Click "Notify Chatwork".
Set up the integration account and action.
Add an integration account, and since no changes are needed for the title and action, click "Next" as is.

Set the room ID and message as desired.
