The general flow of the setup is as follows:
- Integrate Yoom with HRMOS My App
- Copy the template
- Detailed flow settings
- Turn on the trigger to activate the flow
This flow uses AI features (data extraction).
AI operations are available only on some paid plans. If your plan is not eligible, the operations of the flow bot you have set will result in an error.
Paid plans offer a two-week free trial during which you can use restricted apps and AI features.
Let's start with the preparation for the setup.
[About Yoom]
Step 1: Integrate HRMOS with My App and Prepare Resumes
Once logged into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the app search window appears, search for HRMOS.
To integrate with HRMOS, you need to log in with admin privileges.

Once logged in, select "Employee" → "Admin".

Proceed to "Company" → "Admin Settings" to move to the API generation screen.

Proceed as shown on the screen above to generate a new API.
Refer to the following help page for token names and permissions.
Once you paste the obtained token into the Yoom integration screen, the My App integration is complete.

Also, prepare a resume to use for testing during the flow setup.
The content entered can be temporary.

Now that the preparation is complete, click "Try it" from the banner below to copy the template.
Step 2: Setting Up the Resume Submission Form

The initial setup is the "Resume Submission Form".
Set up the contents of the form where resumes will be attached.

You can use dropdowns and other elements for the form fields, as shown in the image above, so select according to the content.

Select "Required" for fields that must be filled out, such as attaching a resume.
You can also set up the screen displayed after form submission.

If there are materials you want to show after form submission, you can paste the URL here.
Once everything is entered, proceed to the next step.
On the next page, you will confirm the form.

In the "Obtained Values" field, enter the "Last Name" and "First Name" from the resume.
These values can be automatically obtained from the submitted resume, but since form responses are needed, please enter them manually here.
Once entered, click "Save" to complete the form setup.
Step 3: Setting Up Text Recognition

Next is the setup for "Reading Text from Images/PDFs".

Edit the title, do not change the action, and proceed to the next step.
Next, set up the items to be obtained from the resume.

If there is additional information needed besides the default items, enter it here.
Once entered, click "Test".
If the test is successful, the contents of the resume will be reflected in the output.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the data reading setup.
Step 4: Setting Up Employee Registration in HRMOS

The final setup is "Register Employee".
On the first page, the account information of HRMOS integrated with My App is reflected.

If necessary, edit the title and proceed to the next step.
Next, proceed to the detailed settings of the information to be registered in HRMOS.

Use the output to proceed with entering each item.
Once all entries are complete, click "Test" to check if the employee information is reflected in HRMOS.

If you have also obtained "Employee ID" as output, the test is successful.
Click "Save" to complete all settings.
Finally, turn on the trigger.

Now, the resume data will be automatically reflected in HRMOS.
