Benefits and Examples of Integrating Outlook, Qualified Invoice Issuer Publication System, and Slack
Benefit 1: Reduce Human Errors and Improve Operational Efficiency
Manually checking the registration number on receipts each time and verifying it with the Qualified Invoice Issuer Publication System is time-consuming and increases the risk of human error. By automating this process through app integration, AI can read the registration number on the invoice, verify it with the Qualified Invoice Issuer Publication System, and automatically notify Slack of the registration status, thereby reducing human errors and improving operational efficiency. This allows employees to allocate resources to other important tasks, potentially enhancing overall work efficiency.
Benefit 2: Support Quick Decision-Making with Automatic Notifications
By integrating Outlook, the Qualified Invoice Issuer Publication System, and Slack, the automatic notification feature of Slack allows for the rapid sharing of verification results regarding whether an entity is a qualified invoice issuer. This enables staff and management to make quick decisions. Especially when coordination between multiple departments is required, timely notifications without omissions can facilitate smooth information sharing and potentially accelerate the overall business process.

Until now, I have experienced sales and sales office work in the human resources industry.
Based on my experience in my previous job, I feel that the problems faced by various companies can be reduced by “automating operations.”
Through Yoom, we will continue to send out information on a daily basis so that we can solve your problems even a little bit!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
