How to Add Form Responses to Google Sheets and Notify on Discord
※ If you have already completed the app integration, please proceed to Step 2.
Step 1: Integrate Google Sheets and Discord with My Apps
1. After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. From the list of new connections in My Apps, select Google Sheets and Discord respectively, and integrate the apps.
Step 2: Create a Form for Information Input and Set as Trigger
1. Open the copied template. (You can change the title from the red-framed part in the image below.)

2. Click "Form Trigger When Form Response is Submitted" from the Flowbot.

3. Create the form.
Adjust the items according to the content you want to add to Google Sheets.

※ The default items are company name, name, and email address.


4. Once the form content is ready, click "Next".
5. Confirm the form display and perform detailed settings.
Check the display content of the response page and completion page, and set sample values for each item when referring to the output, then click "Save".

Step 3: Set Action to Add Record to Google Sheets
1. Click "Operate Database Add Record" from the Flowbot.

2. Set up the database integration.
・Title: Change as needed.
・Database Integration: Enter the information of the Google Sheets data you want to add, referring to the notes at the bottom of the field.

3. Click "Next".
4. Perform detailed settings for database operations.
Set the values of the records to be added using the output information obtained in Step 2 for each item.

5. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".
Step 4: Set Action to Notify on Discord
1. Click "Integrate with App Notify on Discord" from the Flowbot.

2. Set "Select Integration Account and Action".
Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Set up the API connection.
Enter each item referring to the notes at the top of the page and the notes at the bottom of the field.

4. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".
Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
This completes the flow of adding form responses to Google Sheets and notifying on Discord.
Even if you enter data directly into Google Sheets without a form, if you pre-configure Data Connect to the Yoom database, it is possible to automatically notify Discord when updated.

This is a business flow that can be automated with the integration of Google Docs and Discord.
Based on the content of the Yoom form, information is reflected in a pre-created Google Docs template, saved in PDF format, and notified on Discord automatically.
In the case of manual work, the flow involves copying the template file, entering data, saving it as a PDF, and then notifying the content, but with this template, everything from form input to notification can be done automatically.
If the template is created in Google Sheets, replace it from Google Docs.
