Step 1: Integrate Google Spreadsheet and Discord with My Apps

1. After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. From the list of new connections in My Apps, select Google Spreadsheet and Discord respectively, and integrate the apps.

Step 2: Create a Form for Information Input and Use it as a Trigger

1. Open the copied template. (You can change the title from the red frame part in the image below.)

2. Click "Form Trigger When a Form Response is Submitted" from the Flowbot.

3. Create a form.
Adjust the items according to the content you want to add to the Google Spreadsheet.
*The image below shows part of the creation screen.
*The default items are company name, name, and email address.

4. Once the form content is ready, click "Next".

5. Confirm the form display and perform detailed settings.
Check the display content of the response page and completion page, and set sample values for each item when referring to the output, then click "Save".

Step 3: Set an Action to Add Records to Google Spreadsheet

1. Click "Operate Database Add Record" from the Flowbot.

2. Set up the database integration.
・Title: Change as needed.
・Database Integration: Enter the information of the Google Spreadsheet data you want to add, referring to the notes at the bottom of the field.

3. Click "Next".

4. Perform detailed settings for database operations.
Set the values of the records to be added for each item using the output information obtained in Step 2.

5. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".

Step 4: Set an Action to Notify on Discord

1. Click "Integrate with App Notify on Discord" from the Flowbot.

2. Set up "Select Integration Account and Action".
Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Set up the API connection.
Enter each item referring to the notes at the top of the page and the notes at the bottom of the field.

4. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".

Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.

This completes the flow of adding responses to a Google Spreadsheet and notifying on Discord when a form is submitted.
