(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Salesforce.
(3) On the Salesforce login screen, enter your "Username" and "Password" and click Login.
※ Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, operations and data connections set with Flowbot will result in errors, so please be careful.

(4) Next, integrate with kintone. Similarly, click on kintone from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(5) The kintone new registration screen will appear, so enter the subdomain, client ID, and client secret in the three fields, and click Add.

(5) The following content will appear, so check it and click Allow if there are no issues.

Once the integration is complete, Salesforce and kintone will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

Step 2: Integrate with Salesforce and Set Up When a Record is Registered in the Account Object

(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy it.

Click on the app trigger "When a new record is registered in the account object".

(2) From the Salesforce "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, check that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with Salesforce, keep the trigger action as "When a new record is registered in the account object", and click "Next".

(3) From the "App Trigger API Connection Settings" screen, select the trigger activation interval.
Please select the trigger activation interval from the dropdown menu with options of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the shortest trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.

Scroll down, check the red line, and enter the My Domain URL.
Once the entry is complete, click "Test", and if no error occurs, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 3: Integrate with kintone to add records

(1) Next, integrate with kintone to add records.
Click "Add Record".

(2) From the kintone "Database Integration" screen, check that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with kintone, keep the execution action as "Add Record", and click "Next".

Scroll down and select the App ID from the candidates.

Once the entry is complete, click "Next".
(3) From the "Database Operation Detailed Settings" screen, select the values of the records to be added from the output.

Once the entry is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no error occurs, click "Save".
(4) Finally, click "Turn Trigger ON".
