Now, let's introduce the method to notify LINE WORKS when a deal phase is completed in Salesforce using the no-code tool Yoom.
[What is Yoom]
How to notify LINE WORKS when a deal phase is completed in Salesforce
This method can be realized by receiving the completion of a deal phase in Salesforce using Salesforce's API and notifying a message to a talk room using the API provided by LINE WORKS. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge.
This time, we will create it in the following major processes.
Register Salesforce and LINE WORKS as My Apps
Copy the template
Set the Salesforce trigger as the starting point of the flow, followed by the LINE WORKS settings
Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration operation of Salesforce and LINE WORKS
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
Step 1: Integrate Salesforce and LINE WORKS with My Apps
First, register Salesforce and LINE WORKS with Yoom in My Apps for integration.
1. Select "My Apps" on the left side of the Yoom management screen and click "+ New Connection".
2. On the next screen, search and select Salesforce and LINE WORKS (API2.0) to proceed to the next screen.
<For Salesforce>
・Upon logging in, registration to My Apps is completed. ※ Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. Please note that operations and data connections of flow bots set up in the Free Plan and Mini Plan will result in errors. Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are usually restricted. ※ Please be careful not to use accounts linked with other services.
<For LINE WORKS (API2.0)>
・Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Scope, then click "Add" to complete registration to My Apps. ※ Detailed instructions for registering with My Apps are explained on this help page.
Step 2: Copy the Template
Copy the template for integrating Salesforce and LINE WORKS.
1. Open the link below.
2. Click "Try this template" to complete the copy.
Step 3: Configure Salesforce Trigger
Set the trigger action that initiates the flow. In this flow, the trigger activates when a record is updated or created in the Salesforce Opportunity object.
1. Select "My Projects" in the Yoom management screen and click "Notify LINE WORKS when the Opportunity Phase in Salesforce is Completed". * You can change the template title on the next screen.
2. Click "App Trigger When a Record is Registered or Updated in the Opportunity Object".
3. Verify the account linked with Salesforce and click "Next". * Other items are set by default.
4. Set the trigger activation interval and My Domain URL, and perform a test. * Trigger activation intervals are available at 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes, and the selectable time varies depending on the plan. The app checks for trigger actions once at each selected interval, and if executed, the flow bot activates. For immediate notifications to LINE WORKS, a shorter interval setting is recommended.
5. If the test is successful, the information obtained from Salesforce will be displayed in the output. Save if there are no issues.
6. Click "Branch Command Operation". * Branching is a feature (operation) available in plans above the Mini Plan. In the Free Plan, the operation of the flow bot set will result in an error, so please be careful. Although the Mini Plan is paid, a 2-week free trial is available. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and features (operations).
7. Set the branch target output and branch conditions as shown below and save. With this setting, notifications will be sent to LINE WORKS only when the Opportunity Phase is completed. * The title can be set arbitrarily.
Step 4: Configure LINE WORKS
Finally, configure the notification settings in LINE WORKS.
1. Click "Notify LINE WORKS in conjunction with the app".
2. Verify the account linked with LINE WORKS and click "Next". * Other items are set by default.
3. Set the Bot ID, Talk Room ID, and Message, and perform a test. * The Bot ID can be set from the "Candidates" displayed when you click the frame. Bots can be created in the Developer Console. The creation method is explained in the latter half of this help page. * Messages can be directly entered as fixed phrases. To reflect Salesforce content, set from the output "When a record is registered or updated in the Opportunity Object" displayed when you click the frame. (Values are displayed in double brackets) This allows dynamic content reflection.
4. If the test is successful, a message will be notified to LINE WORKS. Save if there are no issues.
5. When the trigger is turned ON, notifications will be automatically sent to LINE WORKS every time the Opportunity Phase is completed in Salesforce.
If you have any questions about the flow introduced, please check this help page.

Benefits and Examples of Integrating Salesforce with LINE WORKS
Benefit 1: Preventing Communication Omissions to Management
Manual tasks carry the risk of errors. When notifying manually that the Salesforce deal phase has been completed, there is a risk of missing communication to management, leading to unnecessary confirmation tasks. By integrating Salesforce with LINE WORKS, you can automatically send messages when the deal phase is completed, preventing omissions in reporting to management. For example, sales members handling multiple clients may delay reporting to their superiors due to being busy with work, and may even forget to report altogether. Utilizing this integration not only prevents reporting omissions by the person in charge but also reduces the burden of progress management for superiors.
Benefit 2: Reduction of Manual Tasks
Notifying that the Salesforce deal phase has been completed tends to become a routine task. Handling this manually takes time and effort, preventing progress on other productive tasks. By integrating Salesforce with LINE WORKS, you can reduce manual notification tasks and improve work efficiency. For example, for members who handle tasks other than sales, routine tasks of notifying completion can hinder swift work progress. By automating notifications using this integration, you can handle other tasks during the freed-up time, improving work efficiency.
Benefit 3: Smoother Information Sharing
When other members start their tasks upon the completion of the deal phase, smooth information sharing is required. If there is a time lag, it can hinder the work of related members. With the integration of Salesforce and LINE WORKS, automated notifications can facilitate smooth information sharing among members. For example, in a consulting firm where the sales team reports the completion of a deal and the support team works with the client, delayed communication can make prompt customer response difficult. By implementing the integration of Salesforce and LINE WORKS, information can be shared smoothly, allowing for prompt customer response.
Conclusion
Manually notifying through LINE WORKS when the Salesforce deal phase is completed takes time and effort. Additionally, there is a risk of notification omissions and time lags. These challenges can be resolved by integrating Salesforce with LINE WORKS. As a result, you can expect reduced burden of progress management, improved work efficiency, and smoother information sharing. The integration of Salesforce and LINE WORKS can be easily achieved without code by using Yoom. By following the steps explained in this article, you can implement it, so take this opportunity to automate the manual notification process.

I've been running a personal blog for over 5 years.
When writing, it is important to explain the information readers want to know in an easy-to-understand manner.
Based on the writing experience I learned in managing a blog, I will introduce how to use and appeal of Yoom, which can automate complex tasks without code, in an easy-to-understand manner.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
